Avoid at all costs
Do not use WSL there are plenty more reputable companies who are easier to contact. We have just discovered that for the past 5 years since 2020 we haven’t had a valid will as they hadn’t received it back from us “apparently”. There were
“apparently” 2 follow up letters in 2023 which we didn’t receive, I’d have responded!! And letters?!….it’s 2023!! No phone calls or follow ups to see if everything was ok. This would have meant that had something happened to us our wills would have been invalid but according to WSL ‘it would have been ok, there are other ways around this’. Try telling that to a grieving widow. The complaints procedure is not followed hence the review. A further formal complaint will be made to the Will Writing Society and the Financial Ombudsman Service if I ever receive a reply to my complaint in writing. BEWARE and GO ELSEWHERE!

Everyone should have a one stop shop
Zara was a joy to be with the whole process and additional work we tasked her with was never an issue.
We are very great full to Zara and the team at WSL for protecting the things that’s important to our family and having them as a single point of contact for our son to address and sort our estate is very comforting.
