Extremely useful and the watch is stunning.
WT Author - a British watch company
I only discovered WT Author last year and I now own a 1973 model. I'm quite a keen watch collector and I have to say that the quality of this watch is amazing. It's certainly not the smallest watch in my collection but it's definitely one of the best. An added bonus is that it's designed and assembled in the UK.
Although I've yet to need any after-sales service, judging by the personal touch from the literature enclosed with my watch, I get the impression that the customer service will be great (unlike many overseas brands). I wholeheartedly recommend the WT Author Watch Company
The watches are beautifully made
The watches are beautifully made. I had a few difficulties with the strap adjustment and Jon and Sarah went out of their way to make me happy.
Excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend.

I just emailed a query earlier regarding the cart and watch purchase.
It's fathers day today and also a Sunday.
I got a reply straight back by Sam all sorted, well impressed.
I bought the watch and look forward to receiving it.
Thank You.
Regards Steve.
My new watch from WT Author
The customer service and communication throughout was extremely professional and quite frankly, awesome. The quality of the watch I bought and the presentation box etc was superb. I'll definitely but again and thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special time piece built in Britain!

I'm a little late to the WT Author party having just taken delivery of my first watch, a 1968 Cream Quartz on a leather strap.
What first attracted me was the textured pale yellow dial which contrasts to the pop of the red crown.
It is a true artisan piece, very well constructed and oozing quality.
I'm a fan of microbrands which often offer something a little different, whilst still sitting within my self imposed budget.
Well done guys, now to start saving for a 1940 edition.
Fantastic watch
Great watch, great value for what you pay and lovely packaging with lots of information
Slow delivery for international sales but hopefully worth the wait
This is my second watch from WT Author. The first one is great, well constructed and keeps great time. However I’ve yet to receive my most recent purchase. It was ordered over a month ago and it has yet to leave the UK. Just a heads up to international customers,it may take a while longer then you’d expect to be delivered. I’m in Canada by the way and it didn’t take nearly this long last time
Really great company to deal with
Really great company to deal with, and above a great products. Love my watch I got off them, top quality and fun.
Nicely done
Well thought through purchase experience, given the 'made to order' - updates on when the watch would be available we as much as I would have wanted.
Delivered on time and well wrapped. This is a gift, so haven't opened as it has a wax seal around the presentation box.
Without opening and seeing the product, more than happy with WT Author and their consideration for the customer
Exceptional All Around
What made my experience great was the exceptional customer service provided each step of the way along with the kept informed updates. Packaging was spectacular and already looking forward to my next purchase. Thank You WT Author Team!
Painless and delightful
Painless purchasing experience and a genuinely unique watch to enjoy.
The Final Countdown 1982
My 1982 watch is the fifth I have bought from WT Author. It is safe to say I am happy with this brand!
As with my previous orders, I have been delighted from start to finish with the purchasing experience. The hardest part of the Final Countdown series was choosing which watch to buy, the choices in the range being very impressive! I final settled on the 1982 variant.
Seeing the launch of this watch, signing up early to Kickstarter, getting updates on manufacture and delivery dates has really built the anticipation. Im pleased to say the reality is my watch is stunning!
I cannot recommend this brand highly enough.

The 1940 is thoughtful well designed watch
The 1940 is a beautiful, compelling timepiece to add to my collection. As a professional pilot, it compliments my deep admiration of those aviators who defended our mutual ideals.

1973 WATCH ROCKS.
Just got my 1973 watch no. 51 of 100. Top notch and well worth every penny. I like the packaging too, and the execution from start to finish was superb.
Thanks to you all. Good to see that pride in effort and attention to detail can still come together to make a quality product.
Beautiful Watch
Beautiful Watch. I love every detail. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making this watch.
The No 1953 Black Automatic
It is early days yet as my new watch only arrived this morning, but so far I am delighted. Can't stop looking at it! The need to send my previous watch (from another company) away for servicing planted the seed in my mind that I should treat myself to something new and British-made and I enjoyed researching what is out there before choosing WT Author.
The choosing and buying experience has been good throughout, and the reality of the actual arrival and wearing of the watch is even better!
