Harper Rose customer service is absolutely outstanding, so quick to respond and so helpful too! My strap broke on a watch I had brought from them about a year ago, they asked what colour it was etc, within 72 hours I had my new watch strap posted to me! Amazing service and love the watches, cant wait to purchase more!

I stumbled upon this page on the day my best friends had a baby that we found out on the day was called Harper Rose. We stumbled upon them whilst trying to enter a Klarna competition through Instagram. Seeing the same name as their baby we clicked on the page curious and saw they sold watches and jewellery. We was immediately drawn to an infinity bracelet that we ordered straight away for our best friend and new Mum.

Being during the height of the covid 19 pandemic we only had an option for standard delivery but we was due to see the baby on the Sunday (ordered Friday at midday). I then messaged their Facebook page and ended up speaking to Charlotte and explaining the pure coincidence of what had happened and asked if there is anyway we could get it delivered faster and told them I was happy to pay the extra to get it here. In all honesty with the current situation I think we was both doubtful it would get here on the Saturday as it was now around 1pm.

A couple of hours later and Charlotte had advised it had been sent express delivery at no extra charge and it arrived on the Saturday at 9am. I must say the bracelet is beautiful and we can't wait to give it to our best friend!

All in all 5 stars it not enough! Not only are their products beautiful but their service is the best I have ever had and they have gone above and beyond especially in the way the world is now!

It was my first time ordering from this website and I was not disappointed. There were no problems with ordering or delivery, the quality of the watch is also excellent.

I returned a watch and still no refund and no response of if they got it. And no replies to email

It’s a really nice product which looks very elegant for the price (works out fairly cheap with student discount). The watch feels and looks like it’s good quality and so far there have been no problems with the recipient whom I gifted this to. Initially, I had a few problems with my order but they were all rectified quickly by the support team via Facebook Messenger. I will definitely be shopping from here in the near future.

I’ve ordered from Harper Rose a couple of times before and had no issues however my most recent purchase wasn’t as smooth as it should have been.
The delivery took much longer than expected (next day delivery) and I had to chase this up myself to find the whereabouts of my purchase. The response from the delivery company was quick but the response from Harper Rose themselves was very slow. However, I eventually received my package and the watch was as beautiful to look at and quality as any other I have recieved from HR, and on par with my other well known branded watches however I would not pay the full price for them as a minority brand. The use of student discount is the main reason why I purchased. I would recommend their products for quality and overall look and hope that there are no issues in future with regards to delivering.

I would definitely recommend this watch

I received my watch today. It should have come yesterday but there was a mistake and three pairs of straps were sent instead of 1 watch and 2 pairs of strap. But Harper Rose’s Customer service is extremely good. They replied my email immediately and had a reasonable compensation for delaying my meeting with my baby. The straps are in very nice colors and the face is really shiny and elegant. I keep looking at my wrist! Thanks a lot Harper Rose! Xxxx
