Good support and fast + free delivery
I read good and bad reviews about Wtotoy, so I tried it by myself.
10 days after ordering my first item I contacted them to know where was my order. They replied immediately giving me the tracking number and like a coincidence, I got it the same day in the evening. Normally when I order from China it take about 10 to 14 days.
When I opened the box there was no instruction manual. I contacted them again and the day after I received it by email with some apologies.
For my second order I contacted them to ask information about different products. I got my answers and everything when very well. All packed well and the items were like I was expecting.
They have improved their customer support according to what I have read before and it's a very good thing!
I got a good experience and I really recommend Wtotoy!

Lots of items but dismal support
Have done a couple of orders from them. They've a good range of electronic components but sometimes the information is poor or completely lacking. You have to know about the item yourself rather than rely on them to give much away. They have facility for customer feedback / information on items but I've never ever seen anything. Hard to know how many people are using them.
The delivery system is also pretty bad. You get an email saying the order is processing, then a couple of weeks later it arrives, but no updates prior to that.
I bought one item and it was not what it looked like in the photos. I queried this but got absolutely no response - that does not impress me, so I will only ever buy low cost items and when I can't get them elsewhere.
If you guys are reading this, pick up your game and make sure to COMMUNICATE with your customers.
