They only care about your money
Poor explanation of cancellation/refund policy and misrepresented quality of instructors! Beware the trial teacher is not the same teacher you will get. We assumed it was the same or at least the same quality and within minutes I knew it was not going to work out. The teacher barely knew English and my daughter needed English translation. I immediately notified my advisor and asked for either the trial teacher or I would need to a refund which initially seemed hassle free when I signed up. That was in no way the case and in the end I had to pay approx $60 for 1 class that my daughter did not benefit from at all. They charge a 3% processing fee that I was unaware of and did not care to make it right in any way.

My experience with Wukong Education was…
My experience with Wukong Education was horrible from start to finish. Their payment process is an absolute nightmare. The payment link kept expiring over and over, even after I clearly explained that I was going to have an extremely busy week and needed flexibility because I didn’t know exactly when I’d be able to pay.
On top of that, we had a sickness emergency in our family, which delayed things even more. Instead of showing any understanding, they pressured me every single day to pay and eventually gave me an ultimatum: pay immediately or we would not be allowed to join the course at all.
There was zero empathy, zero customer care, and zero flexibility. It was very clear they did not care about my situation as a customer — they just wanted the money. The constant pressure during an already stressful time was unacceptable.
Because of this awful experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you value basic human understanding or need any flexibility at all, I would strongly recommend looking for another provider. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
That’s my experience, anyway — and it was enough to make me walk away.

The organization is very professional and well-structured. The coordinators are extremely attentive and supportive — I would especially like to mention Liliana, who always answers all questions thoroughly and patiently, despite the time difference. Her communication is clear, fast, and very reassuring.
My daughter’s teacher, Tammy, is absolutely wonderful — always positive, kind, and full of energy. From the very first lesson, she found an easy and natural connection with my daughter, Michelle. Very fun and interactive learning techniques!
All the people I've spoken too were all so nice and cheerful! The first lesson I had started with a fun action imitation game and there's lots of activities implemented in each lesson.
