Multi zone tech support
We recently installed the Wunda Rapid UFH system, and we’re having some issue getting the smart hub and control box to work all the different zones. The plumber has scratched his head for a good few days. 5 minutes on the phone to Joe, a remote access session and everything works perfectly! Incredible tech support - I should have called sooner!

Had some technical issues with smart thermostats and spoke with Shareen and she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond even after closing time to ensure I got it all operational. Technical knowledge she showed made the job so easy for me and she even did some remotely from her side to help me .

First class customer service.
We just had a bungalow fully refurbished and we took the opportunity to have a wundafloor rapid response system installed throughout. Installation of the pipework and manifolds were by the plumbing engineer and the electrical works were carried out by the main contractor . However they left it to me to sort the set up. I struggled with getting the smart hub to pair to my mobile. A quick email to the help desk in the evening and I received a call back first thing this morning from Shareen. I scheduled a call for 4.30pm this afternoon. Shareen called me back on the dot. Shareen ran me through the set up process step by step and quickly got me passed the issue that I couldn't get past the evening before. Shareen stayed on the line with me ensuring that I successfully paired/ installed the smart connection box along with room set ups and slimline thermostats pairing. Absolutely first class service from Shareen and Wundagroup. We are looking forward to trying the UFH as our refurbishment project completes within the next couple of weeks. Thank you.

Santa literally helped me from start to finish. The designs and materials were spot on.

I have a large install with the Wunda (over floor) underfloor heating and I'm loving it.
I have three manifolds over three floors with three looped controllers and 12 wireless thermostats.
Its coupled to a heat pump and my house has never been more comfortable.
After 2 years one of the controllers failed (could not pair the thermostats on that floor)
Sent a message on Sunday to support and Monday morning received diagnostic instructions. This did not solve the issue so I reported back. Although this was installed through an installation company, Wunda support had no hesitation in helping me and immediately shipped replacement free of charge next day delivery.
I replaced it myself and was up and running all within 48 hours which is appreciated given its winter. (only do this if you know what you are doing with electricity)
From the start their support was amazing and wholly focused on helping resolve the issue as fast as they could.
It's not when you first buy, but when you first need help that you know you have the right company.

Excellent User Experience - except for the boards.
Customer Service and delivery are excellent.
The company has a good user experience.
One negative comment is that the polystyrene boards can be better designed. The "clone army" of boards that consist of a combination of loops and transition area, increase the time taken to lay down the boards if your room is not square. A faster lay down would be achieved if separate boards were provided for transition areas and various loop boards containing 1, 2, 3 .. up to 8 loops. Cutting those current boards for odd shaped rooms is very time consuming.
On the plus side, the polystyrene is an excellent insulator and provide for the most cost effective insulation solution. The Wunda thinner boards provided me with a solution which would have made installation using rival systems impossible.
Another negative comment is the myriad of information available online. You have to spend some considerable time sifting on the web site for the relevant fact sheets and manuals. It would be helpful if the list of links to relevant manuals for each component could be put in a table entry in the bill of materials. If I was starting this again, I would spend a few moments with a Tech Support representative to get a list of links to the relevant literature.
Top marks go to the Technical Support team. Very knowledgable. Good availability. No quibbles about replacements if a component is evaluated to be faulty or incorrect. Outstanding.
Amazing customer service
I haven't done the installation yet but customer service during design has been fantastic. Amelia was super helpful and patiently answered all my questions. The system itself (if it works!) seems great value and I'm so happy we could manage to do underfloor heating when we have very low ceilings and couldn't afford to raise the floor much.

Alex went the extra mile to investigate when my faulty part was originally purchased (without much information from me) to see if it was still under warranty.
The part was then dispatched promptly so my heating is up and running within 24 hours.

Price and quality are top notch
On the rare occasion there is a problem there is someone on the end of the phone to help sort it out

Great company to use for all our heating solutions. From underfloor to heating thermostats. If there is ever small problem or I have a misunderstanding of one of Thier products tech support is always answer promptly and are extremely helpful. Spoke with Shareen today and delt with the problem quickly. I would recommend wunda to anyone who is looking for the best heating products the market has to offer.
Repeat Purchase
We first purchased the Wunda Underfloor Heating System 6 years previously when we had a new kitchen and utility room installation. The system was fitted in these two spaces only and we purchased a large manifold with additional ports just in case we decided to add more Underfloor Heating across the rest of the ground floor.
Recently we started a new project and renovations and decided to add Underfloor Heating across our entire ground floor space. I contacted Wunda in the hope that I could speak with the lovely Emily. Emily oversaw my phase 1 project. I was very pleased to learn that she was still at Wunda group and went about discussing phase 2 with her. Emily was her usual Wunda-ful self, full of advice and guidance so I could start the process of having phase 2 designed by their in-house team. Emily provided regular updates on the pipe design, costings and new technology for controlling different zones across the ground floor. Emily was very patient with me even though I asked her to change our final design 2 or 3 times by adding more rooms into the equation. This was no bother for Wunda as they appreciate the fluid nature when home renovations are afoot.
Anyway I have just concluded our order and received prompt pallet delivery of all the materials to complete phase 2.
Would highly recommend Wunda Group as a whole as all of the team I have spoken to within the various departments have always been great and understand that there is often a gap in technical knowledge from a consumer. However, they recognise this and advise and support accordingly.

Wunda are the best product on the market
I chose Wunda to supply my underfloor heating 4 years ago. I spoke to many other companies at the home building and renovation show but felt that Wunda were not only the best product but also have superior support.
I’ve had need to contact Wunda several times when I’ve added a new room to the manifold. On each occasion. I’ve had expert technical advice (6 days a week), immense patience and professionalism when I asked them to explain it again and come up with an order for the this I needed to purchase .
I love the easy to use app that can set programs for each room at different times and temperatures to suit my usage of the home. My house is warmer than most yet my bills are much lower. I’m so pleased I selected Wunda . They really are the best product on the market and the support is second to none
