Wunda group is an excellent company to deal with. They always answer the phone give their advice whilst installing the floor invaluable.
The flooring works well and warms the kitchen at just the right temperature.

We are an older DIY couple and installed it all ourselves. The plumber linked it up to the boiler. I'm really happy with how the system works, all controlled from an app on our phones. I gave it 4 stars as its not as easy to install as the videos make it look. However, customer service is brilliant and the installation videos are really good.

Good response and clear installation instructions, but we found some issues with the electrical installation instructions. I haven’t tested it in winter yet because I installed it in summer. I will leave more comments after testing in winter.

I've installed two underfloor heating systems from Wunda, both DIY, one using between joist panels, and one using over floor panels. Experience with the sales and technical team has been superb. They helped with all my questions and helped me remotely configure some of the smart heating settings where I was combining wet underfloor heating with smart TRV radiator valves. The only difficulty I had on both occasions was connecting 22mm flow and return pipes to the manifold as it doesn't come with and connectors or sealing washers for this.
Highly recommend, will certainly use them again in the future.

This is he second underfloor heating system I've had installed, and have used Wunda both times. The first underfloor was installed at my previous home over 10 years ago and still going strong, without any problems whatsoever. I've recently installed another Wunda system at my new property last year. As I've come to expect from Wunda, the heating works perfectly, and is even easier to control now via their app. I cannot fault this company, and their excellent service.

Really easy to install and the technical support on offer is excellent. Bought UFH for one room last year and was so impressed by the rapid response heating that I have ordered more for other rooms. I would highly recommend.

Most importantly, the system itself is excellent. It’s efficient, reliable, and performs exactly as promised. You can really feel the difference in comfort, and I’ve noticed improved energy use as well.

First class service from start to finish. Had a few technical questions that were answered straight away. Installation was plain sailing following the plans and layout supplied, myself and wife had all pipework installed in a day and went exactly to supplied plans. Everything works better than expected. I would definitely recommend this product.

Absolutely superb bit of kit. I installed it myself and was very straight forward and the Wunda team were very helpful when I phoned them for any advice and guidance on the install.

A few hiccups along the way with cancelled extra blank boards and a missing component for the manifold. We had the missing component next day couriered so our system could be online before our heatpump install. Emma Liley handled our follow up care amazingly after install and went above and beyond to try to find up what went wrong with the missing boards. Highly recommend anyone installing this system really looking into the install process before starting and making sure their floor is fully level and dust free.

The product is great easy to DIY all plans are sent with the delivery. Would be great if they gave you a step by step on how to install the system but I worked it out eventually. Had to get a plumber in to fit it to my combo boiler system as the instructions I guess are generic. Other that those small issues the system is great and the cheapest I found. Side note mine is under porcelain tiles and also laminate floor with an underlay called heat flow. Both working great through the winter. Also have an app to control each ‘zone’.

I initially corresponded with Samantha and latterly with Codie. They were both very helpful and efficient. I received a detailed layout plan in a couple of weeks and was able to review and change without incurring extra costs. I received all materials in one delivery within a few days of approving the pipe layout plan. I am self installing my WUNDA rapid response system replacing all radiators with under floor heating. My property is about 100m2 and is now served by an 8 way WUNDA manifold and UFH in all rooms. I am using LVT with XPS underlay and it all looks good so far. The only difficulty I have had is getting the UFH pipes to lay totally flat inside the pipe channels where they turn through 180 degrees in the rapid response boards. I don't yet know if this will be an issue when I come to commission the system. Otherwise everything looks good but only time will tell if my heat loss calculation is accurate. I'm looking forward to being cosy next winter with mu WUNDA under floor heating.

Wundagroup were extremely helpful from start to finish. I’m so glad we went with Wunda for our UFH - definitely our favourite thing about our new downstairs. The prices are really reasonable and they quality of materials are fantastic.

Great service and a great product. I wanted an under floor heating system that I could install myself and the rapid response system was perfect. From the initial design and quotation through to the technical support when the plumber was doing the boiler connection, Wunda made the process really easy. I would certainly recommend this product.

Very flexible delivery (we had to change dates due to other works), easy system to apply (we did it diy with the exemption of the manifold) and good quality product. Heats the room up very quickly, providing us a very comfortable kitchen/diner room

I was recommended Wunda underfloor heating system by a builder friend of mine and I couldn’t be happier.
Having limited floor levels, I needed a slimline system and this company came up trumps, from design to having it installed (By myself) it was hassle free, the customer service helpline was second to none, there was a couple of minor hiccups, but they sorted it out quickly.
In all, I can highly recommend this company, and would definitely use Wunda group again 👍

A great value for money. Received help all the way from the initial consultation, design of pipe layout to guiding the Gas Engineer for final connection to the boiler. Would certainly recommend to all novice home owners who are thinking about UFH but don't know where to start.

Excellent customer service and product. I actually ordered one wrong product in the system package but this was exchanged very quickly.
We extended an old cottage with 3 feet thick walls and the WiFi signal was surprisingly not a problem. The extension now has underfloor heating with a conventional screed overlay, whilst the original cottage kept the old system but has replacement radiators with Wunda WiFi thermostatic radiator valves and a new boiler. The two systems run seamlessly from the Wunda app. Each room can be controlled separately having a different temperature if required. A versatile system that can be adjusted easily from our phones depending on whether we have family staying or it is just the two of us.
All rooms have been well insulated and we ran our system all winter with absolutely no problems. The heating was left on and we controlled the heat being supplied to each room. It seemed very cost effective to run once the thick stone walls and underfloor screed slab were up to temperature. Our main living areas were kept at 21degrees, our bedroom at 19 degrees (because we prefer that cooler) and other areas that were being unused at 18degrees. We also run a couple of dehumidifiers and a previously damp cottage now has absolutely no damp and is warm and cosy. Very happy customer.
