Very disappointed. My friend redeemed €25 voucher two days ago, but never received any confirmation email. The website now says that the voucher code has already been redeemed, so she can no longer use it. This was a birthday gift from me , and she currently have no solution. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The issue was resolved within few hours and I was able use my voucher for desired purpose. Special mention to J. Taylor from the support team!

I received a Wunschgutschein as a gift, but when I tried to redeem it, the system said it had already been used.
I contacted customer service, but they refused to provide any details (not even which shop it was used at), hiding behind GDPR as an excuse.

Regarding GDPR, they mentioned that my E-mail does not match with registered E-mail for redeemed code, which proves that my code was stolen by a third party.

Instead of investigating their own system's security or potential leaks, they told me to go to the police and file a report against an unknown person.

It is clear that their voucher codes are highly vulnerable to leaks.

They do not protect their customers or their products, so save your money and time.

I received a voucher as a gift. Redeeming it was unnecessarily complicated, and I had to pay extra money because the available amounts to redeem did not correspond to the amount of the voucher (voucher was for 40€- available amounts shown were either 25€ or 50€, so to avoid 'losing' 15€ I had to pay an extra 10€ at my own expense). Then, once giving all of my personal information (why is this needed, for a voucher???), the actual coupon to use in the store I selected took more than 15 minutes to arrive in my inbox. Quite annoying when you are waiting to check out. And then- SURPRISE! The voucher is not valid for the online store! I guess this was stated somewhere in small print when I was choosing the retailer, but it was definitely not clearly communicated, and now I basically have a voucher I cannot use, for which I had to pay extra. Never again.

Their customer support is terrible, they never answered me.
I bought a 100 euros voucher for a friend and he still could not validate it because of an error the code. I wrote to support and still waiting.
So I lost 100 euros, and my friend lost his bday gift.
Please do not trust this company.

In general the system works well, but there were times where I wanted to use my Gutschein, and the e-mail took too long to come.

Many options and easy going process

Horrible service. Takes half an hour to redeem a 'gutschein'. I had a gift card for 40€ I wanted to redeem it on Amazon. But no option for 40€. It was either 30€ or 50€ 🤣. So I paid them an extra 10€. Nice trick. Then I try to redeem, huge waiting times and instead of finally getting my Amazon code , I get an email with a link! I go there and it said 'click to unlock the code' and it does not work. I got RDMx3 error. It eventually unlocked after a couple of hours . STAY AWAY from these people
Update, they say it was possible to redeem 30 euros and then redeem again the 10 euros seperately. They should GIVE this option and made it clear to the customer. Not present him with the options 5,10,15,20,25,30 and then next option is 50. That is an obvious trick to make you pay the extra 10 euros because the client will naturally fear that he will lose the 10€ if he redeems his 40€ card for only 30€

They do not respond. Shop didn't accept voucher. Just ignoring our messages completely and have no contact phone number. A disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Bought vouchers in the b2b side of their website, they promise 15 minutes, but they were in general very slow, taking the whole day, to at the end find out they would not provide what we needed.

They claim that you have several means of payment, but then when you ask to pay with credit card, they say only transfer is possible and refuse to change it, saying that you should do that before (but spoiler alert, there is no option in the form), no wonder their rating in trust pilot went from 4.2 to 3.9.

At the end I needed to buy the vouchers somewhere else to have them available on time, and schedule a payment with a bank transfer for the week after...

I first tried calling customer support, but I only reached the automated answering system, and I really wanted to speak with someone directly. Today, I contacted them through the website instead. To my surprise, dear Lisa Schneider replied very quickly and immediately activated my codes.
I am extremely satisfied with her service.

This service is extremely frustrating and feels unreliable. I’ve already spent a lot of time trying to resolve this, and I still don’t have a solution.
My son bought me a €50 voucher with his own savings as a birthday gift. When I tried to redeem it online through one of your partner sites, the €50 credit did not appear, and the code was not accepted.
Today, I tried again—this time selecting a Zalando voucher. I entered all my information, but I never received any voucher or confirmation email from Zalando.I am still unable to use the voucher at all!! I want to report them to the German authorities.
