One of our Wusthof knives broke after many years of trusted use. As per the guarantee with these wonderful knives the knife was replaced without any trouble. Highly recommend Wustof and their customer service.

Always loved our knives. We bought a block about 11 years ago and one of the knives handles broke. I wrote to Wusthof to see if I could get the handle repaired. I didn't know they came with a lifetime guarantee. They sorted a brand new knife out to me and it arrive 2 days later in the post. Amazing knives and amazing service.

The knives are brilliant, and, providing you take care of them (avoid the dishwasher), they'll last forever.

One of our blades broke in a bit of freak accident, and Holly in customer service couldn't have been more helpful to resolve. Highly valued company who just get it right!

On contacting Wusthof regarding a kitchen knife I had purchased a couple of years ago, which had broken, I found the staff at Wusthof very kind and helpful. Especially Holly who was very attentive and efficient and most helpful to me in organising for a replacement knife to be sent to me.

Excellent lifetime warranty service!
They replaced a faulty knife from a block set purchased 5 years ago without quibble. The knife had mysteriously developed a crack at the top of the blade. Wholeheartedly recommend these knives and the company.

I purchased a set of Wusthof knives almost four years ago on returning to the UK, having used them previously without issues a number of years ago. The smallest of the set snapped recently and Wusthof replaced it without charge. Very pleased.

I have had Wustoff knives for over thirty years, the quality of all the knives and the action of the chop on the chef knife is fantastic. Recently I found a crack in the handle of the classic chefs knife and Wustoff have replaced if free of charge, despite me not having proof of purchase, it was over 10 years old.

Had Wüsthof knives since 2006. Their service department is absolutely fantastic. The knives have a lifetime guarantee and lifetime means lifetime. They have just replaced two knives for me that I have been working with daily for 19 years. The brand new ones are perfect replacements. Thanks Wüsthof.

I have been using Wusthof knives for over a decade. They were an investment, and one which has enhanced my joy of cooking and preparation. Last week, my more recent purchase (2020), a Santoku knife, snapped. I was preparing to buy a replacement, when I remembered Wusthof’s warranty. After providing evidence of purchase and the defect, I’ve been informed that there is a replacement in the post, and Holly was even kind enough to accommodate my choice of handle colour. You’re not just buying a knife, you’re buying a guarantee and commitment to quality, and excellent customer service. Expectations exceeded.

I contacted customer services and was helped with my first purchase by Holly Rantell, who was polite and professional.

We have been using Wusthof knives for 20 years and we absolutely love them. However one of the handles has come loose over the years and I emailed them to ask about this. I don’t have receipts any longer, it was so long ago. However Wustof (Holly Rantell) are, without question (just sent some photos) replacing the knife. This is what I call professional - they say they have a lifetime warranty. - and this proves they do! Well done Wusthof and what superb customer service.

I bought several wusthof knives at great expense. The knives have been good until recently one of the broke. I got in touch with wusthof customer service and they asked me send a picture. That was about a month ago and I’ve heard nothing since despite me sending further emails to try and prompt them. I ended up starting the whole process again and have been completely ignored. Terrible customer service which deserves 1 star which is too much.

Update WÜSTHOF have sorted my issue and the delay was because my form had gone to the USA customer care which was a misunderstanding so credit where credit is due and thanks to Holy.

I had an ongoing issue with a Wüsthof product, and I’m now delighted to report that it has finally been resolved thanks to Holly Rantell, the new UK Customer Services Manager.
Holly has been brilliant—professional, efficient, and very understanding, with clear communication whilst remaining personable throughout (qualities which I’m sadly finding rarer, these days).
Thanks to Holly, the issue was resolved smoothly and completely to my satisfaction. She’s a credit to Wüsthof, and her help has absolutely restored my confidence in the brand.

The service and the promptness to the responses was excellent.
I would like to say a Big thank you to Holly Rantell for going to all the stops to make it possible and deliver what we had asked for.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Just like the review below this one, one of knives of my collection broke. I was told to send them a picture showing the damage, and they would send me a replacement. I did.....and nothing. I contacted them again and was told the same thing. I did......and nothing. I contacted them AGAIN and was told I had to send the knife in for replacement. I told them that I didn't trust them enough at this point to send them my knife. How would I know that they wouldn't just ignore me again and now they would have my knife! They pretty much told me to buzz off. Well, you buzz off Wustof. You aren't the only quality knife maker in the world.

This is a second review of a repeat issue.

I was gifted a set of Wüsthof Culinar knives many years ago. One broke last year at the handle and then a second had a similar issue more recently. Wüsthof Customer Services asked for some photos etc then agreed to send a completely new knife as the Culinar range is no longer made. Not only that, but they agreed to send an 'upgraded' scalloped carving knife with no problems. Lifetime warranty honoured again...

I've always said that a company is only as good as how it acts when things go wrong, and on this occasion (and like the last) Wüsthof could not have done any better. Thankyou...

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with one of their knives and Holly was brilliant in resolving. The knives are the best I have ever used and the customer service is just as good. Amazing!

Wusthof replaced 3 knives from my 20+ year old set, and I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with them ! From first tentative enquiry to delivery of them, the service has been exemplary, with no quibbles. Fantastic service, fantastic product
