I spoke to Chloe from O800…
I spoke to Chloe from O800 Houghton-le-Spring about an ongoing leak in my radiator following new boiler installation ( which has made an amazing improvement for efficiency snd financially with reduction in Gas charges).
Chloe who took my call and immediately made a call out referring to the radiator leak which had not leaked prior updating and new boiler installation.
During the same call I was given a date for within a few days mutually convenient and sent a confirmation text.
She was very understanding, pleasant phone manner and very helpful. Thank you Chloe for your very helpful assistance.
A no stress for me call.

Helpful and polite
The lady i spoke to on the phone, Laura Anscombe was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our heating was sorted quickly. We were told after our initial engineer visit it would be a few days to get a part but she rang us the next day and arranged for someone to come and complete the fix. He was also a great help, very polite and both are a credit to the company. Thanks again

I was just about to phone to book my annual service and I had a phone call from them to book it. Nice and easy and professional but friendly call as it always is. Many of the companies nowadays could learn a lot from them as they have ‘customer is always right attitude’. Such a lovely company to deal with.

Annual service completed
Annual service completed by Dale and David this morning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable.
They arrived on time, explained everything they were doing in a clear and reassuring way, and worked efficiently without rushing the job. It was great to see how thorough they were, taking the time to check everything properly and making sure the boiler was running safely and also efficiently.
They also left the area clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across tradespeople who combine skill, reliability, and great customer service so well.
A great asset to 0800 repair.
