Avoid

Client 73157, ticket 2548423 (amongst others). My business has been without incoming email for 3 days. Impossible to get support on the phone. I am so over this sh!t service

Spam Folder Problems

1-Gridlock

Over the past month I have been trying to get help with issues on my domains. They admit they are having high call volumes- this for me translates to support either never responding or taking 3 days to do so. Their Knowledge Base of FAQs is not user friendly at all (unless you are a programmer perhaps)
Simple questions like how to set up gmail or outlook accounts give no results. I will keep giving this company a chance - if you can get to the right consultant great -but clearly they have a big problem to sort out. Asking satisfied clients to post glowing reviews is not going to fix the problem. Sort out your Knowledge Base through the eyes of an average user and employ more people to lessen the volumes. In the meanwhile my emails are almost working but not quite… I just don’t have the energy to spend another day on it

If I could call a company a joke this would be the one

I previously reviewed 1-Grid yet I see now I am the third reviewer and my previous review is not here. My assumption being a new profile for the business has been started. That said I called for support, R120 in airtime has gone on a cycle of being on hold and call dropping. Switched to the so-called live chat at 15.48. 10 min later (15.58) a response asking I verify account details which I did in 2 minutes (16.00)
At 16.21 nothing from their end so I text. 16.29 "How can we assist you today?" 16.30 I explain what I need. Buy 16.48 no response. 17.04 I state service is bad and I get a text saying chats have been diasabled due to covid among staff and that calls are preferred.
The same call that cost me R120 without talking to anyone? And from 15.48 to 17.04 so I was chatting with what - a machine?

amazing service

I had to do our company website today as we had complications with the other one, i switched to a platform that i do not know from a bar of soap, i really struggled going live with the new site and overwriting the old one, i started an online chat and Richard helped me and within minutes my new site was up and running, very friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. i highly recommend 1-Grid. Service is awesome
