Everyone please listen and be careful, my deposit is missing for last 40 days, they denied to refund and today they send me mail that your money not received by our system, that means you send that money to a upi id, i made a deposit by upi and that upi id provided by 10cric, I made this deposit on 10cric and money transferred to their upi id but today they are saying that we can't do anything because you send money to a upi id. That means it's a well organised scam, when you select upi deposit that money money will transfer to that upi id but that person hold your payment and then 10cric deny you because now you can't do anything because of new gaming bill and you can't ask a refund for a successful payment. That hall thing is a fraud a trap. Everyone please file cyber fraud complaint against 10cric whichever money is stuck.

Another deposit stuck of 8000INR, (UTR: 941046435501) they are giving same old excuse that the funds are coming back to my bank account on 22nd , i will give a prediction now and i am 100% sure its gonna be true, by 23rd or 24th they will say we tried to refund your amount to your bank account but it seems we did not receive your amount and please send your bank statements. and after reading statements they say please contact your bank account we cant help (LOL what a joke if you did not receive my account how were you going to refund me, and this happened 6 times, lies!) - after they give this excuse again i will update this review

this literally happened for last 6 failed deposit transactions, dont trust their site. they are just out to loot your money, also they put your account in loosing mode where you wont be able to win any bets after certain ranking in their systems

Scammmmmm

I requested for an withdrawl 48hours back and they’re telling that they’ve processed but they’ve not done. I checked with my bank as well but they’ve informed they have not received any funds. Now they’ve hold the amount and simply giving false answer.

I did ask them to cancel the withdrawal and add the money to account, but they are not doing. It shows they are simply giving false information

2026 start was not good for 10cric...

2026 start was not good for 10cric...

Now I am at the stage where I have to change my review for it.
I am playing since 2019 here everything was good but after start of 2026 worst experience started. They don't have control over anything deposit and withdrawal were the main. Support staff have less information so they help upto limit. But now I think it's time for them to maintain player relations.

I have made a deposit on 2nd of April…

I have made a deposit on 2nd of April 2026 and the payment was successfull over the payment gateway however till not I have not received money in money account. The email response is very poor till date they are telling it is under review. I don't understand this. Out of urgency i made another deposit yesterday and it also not credited and same old response over mail stating under review. Very bad experience with the game…

Very bad experience with the game functionality and cashouts. 10Cric Bet Manipulation and Fraudulent Activity

Hi,

I am writing formally to inform you all a serious issue I faced on 10Cric Platform, which appears to be fraudulent.

On 5th April, I placed a bet of 30,000 INR on the match between Quetta Gladiators vs Multan Sultans. The bet was “Over 8.5 runs in the 9th over” at odds of 2.06. As per this, my expected return was 61,800 INR.

As a precaution—due to previous inconsistencies I have experienced on 10Cric platform—I took a screenshot of the bet at the time of placement. After the bet won, I noticed that the stake amount had been altered from 30,000 INR to 3,000 INR, and the remaining 27,000 INR was simply credited back to my account.

I verified this discrepancy against my screenshot, which clearly shows a stake of 30,000 INR.

When I contacted customer support:

Initially, I was told that I had only placed a bet of 3,000 INR.
After sharing proof, I was told that the 30,000 INR bet was placed on a different market.
I have not placed any other bet of 30,000 INR.
Eventually, I was told that the screenshot does not belong to my account, which is incorrect.

This sequence of responses is inconsistent and unacceptable. It strongly suggests manipulation of bet data after settlement.

Please note that I have retained all relevant evidence, including screenshots and communication records. I will share my experience publicly everywhere so that Everyone will stop plating on this fraud site .

Its a lie that 10cric contacted me.
Infact I contacted 10cric manager and 10cric customer care support and nobody is resolving.
10cric is just telling a lie that they tried to contact but infact they are denying to pay back after submitting records also.

I was a user from 2022

I was a user from 2022, recently in February month, I deposited 14000 Rs. And they not refill the amount in my betting id. After 15 days they mail me that your amount has been misplaced somewhere else so kindly contact to your bank to reverse it. This was the horrible experience. After few days I started to bet again and due to my bank account was already freezed, I placed a withdrawal to my friends account and I already told them specifically that my account is freezed so I will deposit and withdrawal from my friend account, they all of a sudden suspended my account. How wrong is this. You guys really don't care of your customers.
