My 2 Withdrawal Rs. 1500 + 1000 = 2500 is still Processing in the last 12 Hours. No Credit To My Bank. I emailed but no reply. Every time Withdrawal problems your platform. another platform instant Withdrawal. so very poor service. at least reply to the user. My experience is not good & I do not recommend using this platform.

I deposited Rs2000 in 10crics.com website on 14.10.2025,but the amount was not received.

I ask the support team ,they replied we didn't received, contact the bank

I contact the bank and finally i applied for chargeback, but the bank rejected by request and told to contact the merchant (10crics.com).

But the 10crics.com is that we didn't received the amount you paid to some other merchant, this happened outside our website ,i replied that i opened the website of 10crics.com and deposited in 10crics.com in deposit page only.

but they are refusing and the bank also rejected all my request.

Kindly help me in recovering the amount Rs2000 from 10CRIC casino.

I am also trying withdraw 4days gone still showing pending. Very bad processing timing.

I made a withdrawal of ₹23,000 three days ago, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The support team gives no proper response and keeps delaying. This looks like a scam. Be careful before depositing money here.

Very bad experience I ever had. Worst company.. no proper customer service. I withdrawal 12000 rupees. Showing processing in my account and 10cric team saying already processed.. I have been asking same thing since 10 days no body turned up.. still my withdrawal money is stocked.. nobody in the team taking initiative about my withdrawal. Lazy people.. inefficient management. Blind people..

My experience back in 2022 was different from now. Now I feel 10cric is the website to play out there, its all because of my account manager ALINA she is just amazing very empathetic, one the best account managers I have come across, consider yourself lucky if she assigned as your account manager.

Deposit stuck from 48 hours now and they have no satisfied response.

My manager Ellie is really great. She is always available for any help or any query. Glad to have her as my manager.

I have send multiple emails since last 2 days begging a resolution for my queries. But the team isn’t responding at all. I’ve been a loyal 10cric user since last 7 years. And I’ve been on VIP membership thrice. Due to my big winnings they removed me from VIP.

I have 3 urgent and serious issues here.

Firstly my withdrawals are pending since more than 2 weeks now. Kindly process them urgently. I can’t wait anymore.

Secondly, The payments team has purposely removed the local bank transfer/ IMPS method from my withdrawals section. I don’t know what the reason is. Most of my friends are still getting that option in their withdrawals. So it’s just me who’s not able to use it. It was available until 2 days ago. I’ve used only local bank transfer for all my deposits and withdrawals so far and wish to use only that. I don’t want to use crypto or astropay or I-cash one. So please add back the “local bank transfer method” in my withdrawals section. It’s a humble request. I have nearly 4500000 INR in my account and I’m extremely worried.

Thirdly, my betting limits have been heavily restricted and I’m able to place only as low as 2k on different markets. That’s ridiculous.

Please revert back to this review with an update and don’t ignore for gods sake.

3 days ago my account got hacked and 48000rs has been stolen from my account. I am an old player on this site I am very disappointed how the site treated me no proper live support. Somehow managed to connect to live agent I explained my issue to them they locked my account and no further action or investigation was taken. I tried to reach them using email support but they are not responding to my email. I believe someone from the 10cric team is involved in this scam because I never shared my account password to anyone then how someone got login into my account and the behaviour of the 10cric customer team make this even more suspicious

@User_AhpbTT This is my user Id I have deposited funds to play but I thought I will check the withdrawals as well but after depositing funds I was asked to do KYC which I did it over the app but it wasn’t successful I tried reaching customer support through chat but it wasn’t AI agent who asked me to mail the supporting documents it’s been more than 10 days I haven’t received any confirmation and my deposit is lying which I am unable to withdraw I don’t want to place any bets before I check the process I think it’s a scam and there is no way to reach them.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a frustrating experience with 10Cric. According to their own Terms and Conditions (Clause 14), 10Cric reserves the right to cancel an account at any time without notice, but they promise to refund any remaining balance.

In my case, they closed my account citing their terms, which I accept. However, they failed to refund the remaining balance in my account, directly violating their own policy. Despite reaching out for support, I was met with automated responses and no resolution.

Given this experience, I would strongly advise others not to play on 10Cric.Be prepared for unexpected account closures.
They won't improve their customer service and adhere to their own policies, I wouldn't recommend this platform.
