No hidden extras. Price and car as advertised
Although clearly directed to p4 as pick up point, had a few moments panic as this wasn't a name/company I hadn't heard of before, couldn't see pick up mini bus and no-one to give clear instructions on when to expect bus etc, however, once the mini bus arrived it was really easy. When returning car at end of holiday it was initially tricky to find air autos car lot, but once there everything went easily and smoothly, very polite and helpful staff, bus back to airport was excellent and only took a few mins. I would use again

Easy to book
Easy to book, quick turn round at collection (helped by the fact that Dinard is a very small, quiet airport), car was clean and in good condition (and a bigger/higher grade/more expensive model than we were expecting), drop off was also very quick and straightforward. Customer service from on-site staff was very good.

Easy to book, great car, excellent value
Used twice to rent cars in UK from North America over last 6 months. Overall works great, BUT can be confusing to work out insurance coverage (CDW, theft etc). First rental I got caught as Budget refused to acknowledge my coverage through Credit Card and I had to pay, spend time getting a confirmation letter from CC company, go back to airport to show it. No refund for elapsed time so rental ended up being 2x cost.
Second time I went prepared with letter but this time everything WAS included (with EasiRent) and no hassle whatsoever. I'm still not sure how to figure out up front what the situation will be at the desk when I get there.
