Simple straight forward site to use, just used for the third time this year.

My 2 week trip was delayed by a couple of days due to passport error (6 months lost due to Brexit)and a fall I had at the airport. I let them know as soon as I could, yet, despite having paid in full, I was not allowed to collect my car when I arrived in Italy, despite there being most of the car hire left. I didn't expect a refund but I did expect the contract to be honoured! I won't be using them again and suggest you don't either. Plenty of other fish in the sea!

I don't recommend you to use their services. In my case I was very disappointed because they took my money and didn't get car because they mistake 5 time my name on the voucher and after I loose more then 2 hours at the pickup office in Terminal Rome, I leave without the car that I pay, plus a 50e tax to change the name and when I called them to refund my money they told me they can't because of the reservation time was 2 hours ago...so I pay something that I didn't/can't use. Please be careful!

I got a really good deal, and no waiting time getting the car at the airport. Very friendly service and easy drop off. I had a fligt at 7am, and just had to drop the key off.

Easy to book. Everything made very clear as to costs paid and what stl eeded paid on return of the car. Very helpful staff who offered products and gave recommendations but didnt push products when I said I wasnt interested. Decent car provided. I had to make a change to the booking close to the time of arrival and this was done hassle free and at no administration charge.

Have used it many times in many countries. Good deals, responsive and efficient customer support and have always come through in very few cases of disputes with providers.

Easy to book. Car available where and when it should have been.
Full instructions by email in a timely manner before the travel date.

Good service and excellent car. Good value for money

From start at using the site to book till handing in the keys at the finish of the hire, everything was smoothly done. The site was easy enough to navigate and the staff we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They covered all the necessary details and were helpful with suggestions. Will definitely be back
