Bad Experience
We booked an airport transfer. The driver turned up 10 minutes late after we called the office. When we arrived at Birmingham airport the driver didn’t help us with our luggage.
On return I received a call from from the office to say the driver would be with us in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we had a call from the driver to say he would be about 25 minutes. When he arrived at the airport he rang to ask where we were to which I told him my husband had to go to the toilet and would be back in a couple of minutes. He then had a rant to say if he wasn’t back in 10 minutes we would be charged an extra £5. My husband came back as promised in a couple of minutes. The driver arrived in a black cab which is the most uncomfortable vehicle imaginable and did not help with luggage. When we arrived home he still sat in the vehicle. For the first time in many years of booking airport transfers my husband decided not to give the driver a tip to which the driver went away muttering. We will not be booking with this company again.

Use the big car hire firms - not the mickey mouse comapnies…
My friend had a terrible experience with them, which affected me as he was picking me up! He had rang them to secure a car, upon arrival said they had no record of this. They were quite rude.
He ended up going to another car hire company.
