Products arrived earlier than expected in great condition and great service. Some amazing products on the website I can’t get anywhere else, even brands own websites.

Should have looked at the reviews beforehand. Ordered perfume from them on 29.12.24. got there normal as had to contact as why past delivery date passed then told couriers had lost it then out of stock. So they would send refund again like alot of people way past refund date still no refund. Going to contact trading standards as these people are conmen.

Waited for goods to arrive on 10th January, they didn't turn up, contacted 123 who said to check bins.
Emailed them to say nothing left anywhere and nothing pushed through door to advise if they had been left with neighbors. So they said the would contact couriers but it would take 24/48 hours. Couriers had no idea where the good where and they emailed back to ask if I wanted to wait till they where back in stock. Obviously they didn't have items in first place. I asked for a refund which did come through quite quickly. I would not use them again.

Found some L'Oréal hair dye that was a cheap price because the product has been discontinued. Was told delivery time would be a while, which I accepted. The day before said delivery date, I had not received a Proof of dispatch which most online companies provide. After Several emails and comments that it's gone missing with the courier, which just doesn't sound true as my requests for POD were ignored several times.123 have also just told me they do not have the said item in stock anymore. I am not surprised. I am now Waiting for a refund for £40.00 and will go to trading standards.This company should not be trading at all.If anyone wants to look them up at companies house please do so as it was very informative. I wish I had done that before I ordered. AVOID this company and shop elsewhere!

Ordered an item waited 11 days for an email to be told it’s on the way. Blank tracking, no easy way to communicate then told courier has lost my item and waiting a refund, questioning if that will even come. Would steer well clear unless you enjoy disappointment and false hope.

I would give no stars if i could, i have had the same problem as others on here, never received item i orfered on 9th dec and no tracking number etc... shocking site and will never go near again.... asked for refund and still heard nothing

I only use the Soft and Gentle roll on so to find them on this website was a relief seeing as stores have stopped selling them.
H&B claim my order was due to be delivered on the 13th December. After emailing them to find out where my order was they claimed it was “stuck in the courier warehouse and they would get it moving again” and yet I got an email to say a label was created for my parcel and it was being dispatched on the 19th of December and it arrived the next day. What I think they mean to tell me was they forgot to dispatch my order.
Now my order has arrived - I ordered 9 deodorants - I have received 5 and no refunds!! They claim on the invoice to have provided substitutes for the missing items, but they haven’t provided me with all of the substitutes. Shambles of a company!!

Ordered a shampoo back in October, said it had been delivered and it hadn’t, they asked me to check safe spaces and nothing was there so they said they could dispatch another when they get a new batch in and this still hasn’t been delivered
