I bought a used Hyundai i20 a week ago from Premiere. I noticed after a long motorway run, a very occasional annoying squeal from the front drivers wheel. After reporting it, they immediately arranged a courtesy car, fixed the issue and had my car back to me, cleaned again, all within 24hrs. Great service!

On arrival to book in was offered a personally made cup of coffee by a very pleasant and smiling receptionist.

Amazing Service
All I can say is I got a 10/10 experience. Didn't even plan to buy the car the same day but I was so impressed with Gary Sykes and his professional and not needy behaviour. Made me feel welcomed and didn't pressure me at all and I ended buying the car the same day. Great service from him and everyone else.
