Brilliant service as I have come to expect from Premier Autocentres.
Staff are friendly and always try to do their best to make sure you’re happy.

We drive a 100 mile round trip to service our car here. Completely trustworthy always do a brilliant Job ( thanks Artor) Always friendly and recommend using their service plan.
Always finish with a inside and outside clean which leaves our car spotless. Not forgetting our chocolates a nice touch.

A lovely family run business who made the sale to them of my father's car a pleasant experience despite difficult circumstances. Everyone I dealt with from Patrick to his son Barney were amazingly professional, sympathetic, courteous and respectful and my dad was greatly reassured that his beloved car had gone to a good and decent dealership.

Collection service by Luke was super efficient, all the way from Tunbridge Wells to Blackfen and back again. We have just moved house so the collection service was very helpful.
Luke is a very personable, smart and professional young man.

Gave great advice, didn't try to sell things that weren't necessary and made the whole process quick, efficient and problem free.

My car was picked up on time and dropped off before 3pm. MOT and service done. Car washed and a full valet was done.

Martin is absolutely fantastic. From day 1 when I enquired if he could help he was responsive, professional, honest and maintained excellent communication throughout. I could not have managed if not for him and the company as my insurance have been totally the opposite experience

Excellent car ervice everything valeting to the offer of returning car to my home address ( presently doing very little driving due to awaiting a cataract operation; this was also carried out by Premier staff last year when I waited the first operation { the I was not able to drive at all); Again many thanks !

These people are really amazing. No wonder they’re always busy. They have great service and always fix the issues. They’re the best garage in their area by a long way.

I like the car I was given to use which was part of my insurance claim and my car was paid for by my insurance company but I didn't like the fact that when I went to get my ci had a buzzing sound coming from the car which I didn't bother to investigate because I very tired after working when I got home I sleep that night and woke up I rang Premier and they say bring the car down I did tha day I was off work when I got there I relized what it was it was my fog light anyway I proceeded to tell them what it was and the man I spoke to knew what had happened so I left the Premier wit a smiling face but I could not believe what I was going to see later on I notice at night my headlight one was blown I had only one thing to ring again but it was late and nobody in the office was there to help me so I have one headlight working know ,but I feel that they should check everything is fine before I take my car away from Premier nit let me discover what happened.
