In 2002 werd 12GO Biking door twee studievrienden ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel. Sindsdien is het hard gegaan. Inmiddels hebben we al meer dan 100.000 klanten geholpen met het uitkiezen van een nieuwe fiets en zijn we de grootste fietsenwinkel van Nederland. 12GO Biking wordt bovendien door klanten beoordeeld met een 9! Op de Trustpilot-pagina kun je lezen dat bijna elke klant een tevreden klant is. Mocht er toch iets mis zijn gegaan, lossen we dat altijd op met de klant. We zijn niet alleen groot omdat klanten tevreden zijn, maar klanten zijn ook tevreden omdat we groot zijn. Omdat we fietsen en accessoires groot inkopen kunnen we scherpe prijzen hanteren. Dankzij onze enorme voorraad van zo’n 8.000 fietsen in alle soorten en maten hebben we bovendien altijd de ideale fiets voor jou en kun je hem ook nog eens gelijk meenemen! GazelleBike supplied with dangerous fault forks
Updated -I ordered a bike for my wife. It came and it seemed good. It arrived ready to go. She didn't get to use it at first as she was busy with work. When she did use it the wheel turned independent of the bars. We called 12go and I tightened the steerer based on advise. Later the wheel still turned without steering when biking. Turns out the bike was supplied with a dangerous faulty suspension fork to us. By the time we figured this out it was outside the 30 day return period. After 12go initially refused to refund. Got on the phone to the bike mechanic who looked at the bike and offered the refund as my wife didn't want it as her confidence in it was gone. The fault I think would be quite uncommon and hard to spot for a mechanic assembling the bike. That said sales persons could have listened better and been a little more flexible for this unique case.

As the bikes are a custom product, there is no return period, only a 10 day exchange period.
The bike indeed was returned to us with a faulty suspension, which was covered under warranty without any cost.
We still would love to return you a different bike or exchange for another bike, so you really can enjoy riding around again.

We had quite some issues with the bike we ordered here, but in all cases we were helped very well by super friendly people! It is a big company but still the service is very personal and good. I recommend this place!

bike factory shop
It is a bike factory. People were kind and helpful but i had the feeling no one really care whether you would spend 20 or 2000 euros. I came to buy a racing bike and i left with the feeling there was not a real care for the client. I had 3 minutes to try the bike and directly had to pay before they moved on with the next client. I would have expected a bit more care for the clients in order to support them in their decision to buy a certain bike or another.
