I did not receive the package to my address or any other location. The app says that it was delivered.

17track is being used to conceal a scam site. I made a puchase with Peartiinal.com on the 14th May 2026. I recieved a delivery notification on the 17track site, at 17:35 on the 5th of June 2026. The package was not delivered. Every attempt I have made to find out the couriers involved as been actively obstructed by 17track. China Post has been unreachable. Do not send any cash to any site associated with either China Post, Peartiinal or 17track. I gave this site one star purely because a negative star award was unavailable.

The shipping address is as clear as ever yet still put my parcel at a wrong location. If you have a reason to not be able to put it at the right address, at least make an effort to message/call to inform. Don't put it at a clearly different spot and call it a day.
You people do this for a living?

We bought a product online that 17TRACK claimed was shipped and 25 days later delivered. The company that sold the product is gone, the product was never delivered, the only thigh that remains is 17TRACK record of a delivery chain of a product that most likely never existed.
17TRACK claims it not responsibility for this scam but without its distribution of fake information the scam would not be possible

I've been having a previous experience with another company for which I have purchased couple of items . AND believing in that company has me down by not receiving my order .And 17track they've been trying to to help an obtain information regarding my parcels from the failure of the other company. So by contacting 17 track presented my issue with my orders. 17 track starter looking into what was going wrong with my deliveries. 17 track with no part of my issues I but they set out to look into it for me . They came back with advice and helpful suggestions. So I can highly recommend 17 track for anyone who may find the need for any service that they may want to acquire I would like to . Thank 17 track for their assistance with my issue thank you 17 track Kevin

They say they have delivered my parcel but I’m yet to receive it, I was in all day and have a doorbell camera and I can assure you no parcel was delivered to me.
I’m so disappointed because it’s my wedding dress. Carol

Total scam... from the company I ordered the name-brand shoes to 17Track. First, my package took over a week to be shipped from the vendor (no cities or sites were actually listed), then the package was handed over for transportation for yet another week (again no cities or delivery services listed), then landed somewhere in the US (no cities, airports or airlines listed) then it was going through customs clearance, then was kept in customs jail for 15 days, then inexplicably was delivered late on a Sunday afternoon with no intervening package delivery notification nor any listing of what delivery service actually 'delivered' the package. No package was delivered and just to be sure I went through my security camera footage to make sure I did not miss the delivery of the vanished package. When I went to complain that my package was NOT delivered the English site went to Chinese only and the Translation Available screen did NOT translate anything. Total SCAM. Stay away from HiRunning, Printae and 17Track ALL fake Chinese companies preying on consumers.

Package never delivered! Though it now shows delivered but it the post office who has the package and they are not delivering due to fraudulent postage. They are keeping the package. So bottom line I was scammed.

This tracking service is being used by fake China companies working through Instagram and TIK Tok. They are set up as legit companies, look the part but it is a massive scam.

Never recieved my package.
The tracking number according to them is not valid even though they state in the tracking information says the package delivered.

SCAMMERS!!!! All part of a BIG scam! On Pinterest, I bought items from an Amazon Sale (SCAM!) and then "tracked" my parcel's shipping with 17TRACK arriving at various locations from China thru to customs in Australia then out to an Australia Post mail processing centre to lastly being delivered...NOT! Australia Post had no record of it, the tracking number wasnt ever received there and no Aus Post tracking number was ever allocated to any parcel with that number. ALL A MASSIVE SCAM!!!
After 17Track saw this review they asked me to email them so they could help me find my parcel. Heres their reply to my email: Hi dear,
17TRACK is a free package tracking platform to view the shipping info in one place.
We are not seller or shipping company, therefore we won’t involve any selling or shipping
As our website is public and free, it means that everyone can get access to our site, so sellers will use and recommend our service to you for tracking. It doesn't mean we work with sellers. Also, carriers ship goods to your seller, not to us. Therefore, we do not handle or involve any parcel shipping or selling.
Therefore, we don’t know who is your seller and the local carrier who take charge in delivery your package, if the local carrier information has not shown on tracking result.
We suggest that you searched for the contact info of the seller on your shopping record and get the contact detail of the local carrier from your seller
Best regards,
17TRACK
See....just a huge scam! They are full of shit!

This used to be a great app; however, and no longer functions like it used to. First off, without notice, they do require a subscription to track USPS packages, if you want to track more than just one. I did subscribe as I typically have more than just one USPS package and even with the subscription, none of my USPS packages update. The status of this packages never updates or matches. What’s on the actual USPS site. I just keep getting connection errors. I have reached out to customer service several times with no resolution. I have since canceled my subscription and have decided to go with a free much more reliable app. This used to be my go to for tracking, not anymore. I would not recommend using this app, especially if you track a lot of USPS orders.
EDIT: in response to the developers response to my initial posting the app is free if you want to track other packages aside from USPS. If you want to track USPS packages, then you must have a subscription to track more than one at a time. I have photo proof of the subscription I pay to your service - $2.99 per month.
I am not having an issue with receiving packages. I am having an issue with your app tracking those packages which it is designed to do. Your app does not update the status of USPS packages, so why am I paying $2.99 per month for a service that doesn’t even work? I have already moved onto a better app for tracking packages. Besides, I have sent several help requests and I’m still waiting your response after sending you several pictures per your request.
So see those reading my review, please don’t be fooled. I receive my package is just fine. That is not the issue. The issue is with the tracking that the app is supposed to do. And, despite the claims of it being free that is not completely true. Read the reviews on the App Store.
