Just putchased my third Epoch 460. These batteries are great. The Bluetooth monitoring is easy and convenient. Built in protection makes me feel safe. I've been running the first set for a year no problem. I get 8 hours of runtime on my fver AC with the pair.

Batteries with OTA firmware updates is HUGE!
I bought two new Epoch 24v Elite v2 230ah LiFePO4 batteries for my all electric, solar powered boat. These batteries kick ass! I previously had two v1 12v Elite 460Ah batteries for my RV and they performed flawlessly, although they had these nuisance high voltage alarms that you had to work around. And the app didn't work properly with two batteries in series. But their customer support was honest about it and helped me configure my charging settings and advised on the best Victron components to use. And these new batteries are even better now that they have over-the-air firmware updates, which is huge for the onboard BMS, Victron comms, and mobile app. I love these batteries! They're not cheap but I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top of the line LiFePO4 battery.

Pool business practice
Ordered some very expensive 18650 batteries. Website description did not reference their size or limitations, only their capacity and configuration. When I received them, they did not fit the typical criteria of a 18650 battery size, almost 3/8" too long. Would not fit in my flashlight or even my LI charger. Called the company the day I received them to discuss an exchange. Very cold and dismissive. Would not consider an exchange, just said I was "stuck with them." Poor business practice. Would not use them again.

The store did a mystake on the packaging paperwork for importation information. Also
They use UPS to ship to Canada instead of USPS wich is a well known issues for Canadian custommers. The import fees are exagerate (it cost me 215.00$ of fees on a command of 165.00$ value. I refused the package after the recomendation of Battery 18650 store but it doesnt help ! Worse ! UPS incist that i still need to paid and if not, they will submit the issue to a federal agent. So i paid 215$ to UPS to avoid more trooble and i did not receive my cells. The store only refund me without the initial shipping cost....Another deception. I am 52 and its my worst online purchase experience.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE. Ordered Kapton tape, but what arrived had absolutely no adhesive once removed from the roll. Looked more closely, and realized they were shipping "Koptan" tape. A blatant second-rate knock off. I went to post a review directly on their website... but there was no option to do so. Now I'm also of the opinion that all the reviews directly on their website are not from genuine customers, but they just added fake reviews directly as part of their webpage.

The batteries arrived in Canada with a hefty (45%) duty charged on delivery. As it wasn't mentioned, they refunded that cost, plus more to make it right. I was impressed. ...And the batteries are quite good.

After a bit of delay, I received a phone call from The company from a man they hired to sort out all of the customer relations and shipping issues. They said they are moving towards sorting out all of the emails and calls and shipping delays - found my order got it out the door also made things right as far as the delay. This is the first time I've been able to get in touch with anyone at the business so there should be a good son of things to come. Fourth time ordering with the company, never been disappointed with the products.
Best prices for quality Li-ion batteries.
I have purchased quite a few batteries from 18650batterystore.com and their prices are among/pretty much the best. I use them for high-end flashlights that need a lot of juice pushed through them. Great brands like Molicel and Samsung can be found, as well as others. Compare prices and you'll wind up buying there. I had an issue with an order but their support person took care of it and I will be shopping there next time I need more. See for yourself, the inventory available is great.

18650 Battery Store - Good following service
18650 Battery Store - has an excellent follow-up service with their customers regarding the items they sell. I purchased some Lithium Iron cells late last year. The package, though it arrived late, was packaged securely, and the cells were in excellent condition. The store also calls back at a later date to confirm that I have received the item. Therefore I think I would recommend buying from this store again.

I had placed an order on 11.29.24 after utilizing 18650 Battery Store for some years. In the past they always provided prompt shipment and always quality products. Something happened with my order and after reaching out to them and getting a canned holiday reply, I wrote a poor review about this recent experience. In the past week their customer service department reached out to me and we discussed the problem. I have renewed faith in the company and will again be using them going forward for my specialty battery needs. The personal touch is something you rarely see anymore from uncaring companies, The 18650 Battery Store is obviously not one of these!
Placed an order on 11.29.24 and they created a shipping label that day. As of today 11 days later the tracking number they sent me, when checked on the UPS shipping tracker says that "label was created but UPS is not in receipt of the product". I reached out to them two days ago and they sent some canned holiday shipping delay response. Sent another email today and there was no reply.

false shipping policy
ordered batteries on November 29 for black friday got notified that they shipped on the 30th. when I went to check on them on December 4th it said label created shipper has not received package. so I reached out to the support. they sent me any email saying it was a delay in the warehouse they were backed up.
10 days later ups still has not received the package from the shipper so I reached out again. this time no response from there support at all. they won't respond. so they have now taken my money with no product to show for it and won't respond to emails stay away.
Shipping delays, no transparency
Placed my first order on Dec 1. Website said order would ship next business day (Dec 2). I got an email on Dec 3 saying it "shipped" (1 day late, that's fine, it happens). It appears all they did was generate a shipping label. Fast forward to Dec 6, UPS does not yet have the package. Contacted them, they said it's "holiday delays".
I guess this happens, but why tell me it would ship next day? Why then send me an email telling me it "shipped" when that's not true? Why not proactively notify me of the delays? Why not expedite the shipping method to make up for the warehouse delays outside of my control?
I placed a somewhat small order for a hardware prototype that I am working on. I really needed these batteries and had to order the same batteries from our usual electronics parts vendor and pay a premium for shipping to get them on time. The lack of transparency here has legitimately cost me.
Edit: UPS lost the package (seems like it was stolen). This was not 18650's fault of-course. I added 1 start because they actually did work with me, filed a claim, and shipped a replacement. They answered the emails promptly. I unfortunately had to push a bit more than I should have, but to their credit, they did right by me.

So far my purchase is not going well. I ordered 80 molicels on Oct 31st (Thursday). I paid approximately 170 dollars Canadian extra for expedited shipping. Nov 1st came and went, order wasn't fulfilled...ok that's 1 business day, then the weekend, I get that, no problem. That brings us to Nov 4th being the 2nd business day. Order still not fulfilled even after a weekend e-mail. I had to phone to get the ball rolling. A few hours later I get a message , your order has been shipped. I check the tracking number, it hasn't been shipped, just a label created. Here we are now, late Thursday night , Nov 7th. Exactly 7 days since I placed the order and yes my batteries are somewhere, a long way from Kamloops BC Canada, in Indianapolis last time I checked and that's still with a shipping partner, USPS (which the original tracking number is for) still doesn't have the batteries. What did I pay almost 200 dollars for? Beats the heck out of me but certainly isn't the 3-5 business day expedited shipping I thought I was paying for. I definitely feel ripped off and no closer to even a hint of when they might show up. First time buyer, and will be a long time before I do it again or recommend this store. It's too bad because I had high expectations as I was in a roundabout way referred here from someone with a very popular youtube channel.
***Edit, the company appears to have made and I believe are still making major, needed improvements. In my opinion they have made very strong efforts to fix what was broken. I'm giving them another chance and so far they have not disappointed. According to tracking info, my second order is right on schedule, I'm happy about that!.
