Utter nonsense. 20 pounds for credits to find out the sum total of nothing. Nothing, that is, that I couldn't find out for free on the internet. I was trying to find a person and a business contact details, and all I got was a version of what's available from Gov. register. I don't know how they get away with this.

Very poor tried to register and said a link had been sent to my email to activate my account. Never arrived. Tried again and again and each time said a link had been sent and still received nothing. How are you supposed to use the site if you cannot even register?

Fast efficient service. Customer service team prompt and helpful.
Why do credits only last one month or six months? I have paid for those credits and they should last forever. Even if I come back a year later I should still be able to use credits I have bought and paid for?

After reading reviews it seemed a mixed bag and was ready to waste £15 to check if my aunty was being scammed. There seemed to be a section to check phone number only they wanted an extra 99p for a 7 day trial, costing £19.99 per week!! there after. This is not what I was sold at the beginning. I cut my losses and decided to call it a day. Disappointing.

Absolute rip off, day light robbery really
£18 for 6 credits and they only last a month, you should be ashamed.
Oh look now they are trying to get my review taken down like all scam companies.

Didn’t really know what I was doing and after I received some information I realized it was 20 years out of date but the customer service ensured I was refunded.
Do not waste your time or money, they should be closed down.

My father had passed away & I tried to find a relatives address from a phone number. Using 192 links as follows:
Find someone's current address/Residential Phone Book/Residential phone Directory/Search by phone number. I ended up on HAWIYYAH.com website which after trying to use them are; in my eyes a whisker away from being fraudulent . My credit & debit card were declined by both my Barclays & M&S . I should have heeded the warning but I thought it was only 69p & I wanted an address so I went ahead . I didn't see that in the miniature print I had signed up for a £21.88 per month subscription . There is no HAWIYYAH UK phone number & I couldn't find an email address or anywhere to cancel the subscription . The website did not actually work & showed me no results - not even a page that said 'no results found' . I contacted both Barclays & M&S who said I needed to cancel both cards & get new cards .They also said I now need to keep an eye on a any false offers from companies pretending to be real companies - like Amazon
I will also need to monitor my accounts to see that HAWIYYAH don't take any more money from me as I have just read the trust pilot reviews for HAWIYYAH.com - they are frightening .
If I was 192.com I wouldn't want to have anything to do with HAWIYYAH.com
I certainly won't be trusting HAWIYYAH.com OR 192.com because I was only led to that website via 192.com . I have spent a number of hours today trying to sort this out & am normally too lazy to leave reviews but felt compelled to in this case . I hope this helps someone .

Dawn Lamb my Solicitor at Barker Booth and Eastwood in Blackpool provided a Professional Service and showed Empathy at the sad loss of my dear mum. Thankyou especially Janet as well. 👍
Don't use them, that's £20 (which i found to be beyond extortionate) and couldnt search because credits were used (i was under the impression that viewing a record was using a credit), but no, merely inputting a name and searching ia importing a credit,
How can the average user know this? Theres nothing telling us any of this,
I require my money back or credits reinstated, you cant expect us to know if it's not posted anywhere (or if you get a name misspelled and have to try again)
DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOURE HAPPY TO BE CONNED

As a regular customer i always find the team at 192 very helpful. I spoken to a gentleman today who was very helpful and sorted the issue i had with my account out. Thanks
Excellent customer service from the company as an error was made by me not knowing what happens when you cannot find information on someone.
After a couple of emails between us and my chosen method of payment, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
I have used the site a few times and found it to be very useful. L
An absolute con ! Before paying £7.19 for an occupier search from the Electoral Roll from an exact known address I read the following on screen " The Occupier information is available for this address. We have 4 occupiers from Electoral Roll information from the years 2003 to 2024". I was reassured by reading that the information needed was available so went ahead with the purchase. To my absolute dismay I was only sent details of 3 people and only up to 2015 ! Now if you start the whole process again it no longer states " The Occupier information is available for this address. We have 4 occupiers from Electoral Roll information from the years 2003 to 2024" but " The Occupier information is available for this address. We have 3 occupiers from Electoral Roll information from the years 2003 to 2015"! A total waste of time and an absolute con and rip off !

I complained that the credits I bought gave me virtually zero info and lots of spurious addresses, which I had to wade through to find the ones I searched for. I complained and they suspended my account.

I have used this company before to trace a disappearing tenant that owed me rent. On this occasion, I didn’t have an address but I do have a telephone number and an email address but 192 was useless.
I suspect it’s days are passé unless it updates its data pronto !
