No flexible top up under £10
I was mainly disappointed for the effect that I cannot do Manuel or auto top ups off less than £10 i.e. for example £5. I hope that they include this option.

Everything went very smoothly from the ordering of the sims, receiving the sims and activating the sims, porting our telephone numbers and an instant network service which has given us no problems so far - we couldn’t have asked for more.
Superb
Superb. I left a well know supermarket brand network a few months before last end of last year because of the changes to the tariff structure. I joined another brand and that was a disaster, two days to port my number. An app that refused
to acknowledge my member details as valid and a stupidly complicated tariff table.
1p Mobile has been a breeze.

SIM was straight forward and quick. Porting my number took less than a day! and I was up and operating on the network
with no aggravation. Despite
having lost my original pass code to get the SIM activated the operative I called was very helpful and got it sorted. I don’t go about with my phone permanently glued to my ear or spend hours oggling rubbish on the screen so this tariff rate and simple set up is exactly what I want. It’s brilliant.

Ordering the SIM card was easy and plenty of options for what you need, I just wanted a simple SIM to use in a tracker, I will purchase again for another and possibly switch to 1pMobile for my phone once it's out of contract .

sim expires after 180 days without notification
I bought a sim for more than onehundred pounds which then expired without any notification.
Useless
Useless. I auto top up my data every month and every month there is a gap with no data in my service, auto topped up at 1am, it is now 5pm and I still have no data. They just lost a customer.
Great mvno
Been with them 18 months now and no problems. Just moved to esim. All the benefits of EE but without the speed cap. I had unlimited for £25 but since then all the family have had unlimited sims on my account at £12.50 each. Monthly auto renews and can cancel anytime. Their customer service is good as well.
Used to be great, but now No signal
Was working just fine, but recently they have had very poor signal, and has been like this since before January.
Now, whenever the device is called, it goes to voice mail and it rarely has a signal. 1p are claiming "as there has been usage on the device showing that there has not been a total outage of service." But its not reliable even with a high gain antenna fitted, it's intermittent at best.
1P says they have a technical problem but also said "We do not have a confirmed date for the repair unfortunately
The SIM is in a 2G embedded device that many other companies no longer have compatible sims for, otherwise I'd have gone elsewhere. I could not recommend 1P Mobile in my area any more

Been with 1p since the beginning, apart from the odd teething problems at the start have been the best SIM card mobile phone account I’ve ever had, highly recommend especially to anyone who travels a lot, always works same tariff every country I’ve been. Prices and plans simple top ups and extras simple, so ideal also for old or young, first phone etc.

I am very angry with this Ripp off company . I have a disable relative who only uses his old mobile phone once or twice a month in an emergency to call me . It used to be £5 or £6 for 3 months. Now it’s £6 every month for just 3 or 4 calls a month. Tried ringing them but it seems they are not accepting calls anymore! How do you expect a OAP to go on line ? I also got a message from 1p mobile to ring 150 for balance. When I ring 150 it’s SKY mobile ! This company should be investigated urgently. Try ringing 03333442278 it’s never answered ever now between 9 and 5 .
This company was good 4 years ago but Not anymore . THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED especially with the 5 star reviews from customers who had been them for years and suddenly giving 5 stars and only reviewing this company and no other companies!
