This company automatically held onto my elderly uncles direct debit details and although I cancelled them they automatically reinstated it without telling him. Fortunately I saw it and deleted it from his bank. They are SCAMMERS THAT CONSTANTLY HOUND THE VULNERABLE SHOULD BE LOCKED UP

Scammers. Targeted elderly grandmother asking for drain cover payment of £198. Laughably asked for a cheque by return envelope. Not a chance. Lots of these companies taking direct debits but we have taken steps to prevent, new ones always seem to crop up though like the pests they are.

These people should be in jail. Their modus operandi is to request money £195 for services never provided. They seem to target OAPs. Do not engage with them.

Complete scam - targeting OAP's. Demanding money (£195) the same day for a final payment on drainage plan my mother never had. They said would send details after payment but couldn't send before. Advised bank as they had fraudulently gained bank account details to block any payment's.

1st Class Drainage Solutions of Dorset trying to scam my elderly disabled mother out of £198 for some bogus insurance policy. Amateurish home-printed letter demanding money but offers no information about what the policy is, any reference number or even the name of a person on it. Just a strident demand for money and an invitation to arrange a payment plan if you're too skint to cough up.

This company is one of a number, many based in Bournemouth, that have plagued my mother with phonecalls using all sorts of scamming techniques to suggest she needs to renew a contract she doesn't have. I spoke with Jason at this organisation and asked for a copy of the contract (which he didn't send) and to request a refund of a payment taken by new DD at a time when I know my mother was telling incoming callers she was cancelling contracts and would be making no further payments.
