When I talked to Curtis, he understood what I needed. He presented different options to me. He called my Pulmonologist to confirm that I need oxygen. The concentrator arrived today. I will use this one for my daytime O2 needs and my older one nightly for my CPAP.

Response time was good from my initial request until Collins call back. They were also able to help me with other products ( regulator for bottles of oxygen, excellent soft cannulas, backpack for my new machine and new cart for my tall bottle of oxygen)
I live in a very small Village in rural Wisconsin. My home is located in an area that often gets storms or power surges that cause the electricity to go out leaving folks like me totally vulnerable. It is literally a matter of life and death that I have a large dependable supply of oxygen available 24/7. Collin is helping me put together a life saving package upon which I can depend. I am a 27 minute ambulance ride from the nearest rescue facility(hospital ER). First class Medical is an answered prayer! I feel safer and will have less anxiety knowing that I have everything I need.

We had a medical emergency requirement for an oxygen concentrator. We called several companies and went with LPT. Will the sales contact that LPT, was spectacular in helping us understand the choices and guiding us to a solution. We got us a Teladoc medical appointment so that we could get the prescription for the machine. He is spectacular

The overall experience was quick and easy. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the O2 concentrator that we were wanting. He answered all our questions. The financing person was courteous and was able to make sure everything was affordable to us. We appreciate the great experience we had with our purchase.
