Steve at 1st Direct was a huge help to me with advice and tracking down the product needed for my swimming pool .
Will certainly be using this company again.

Prices looked competitive but had a problem with a coupon I was trying to use and contacted 1st Direct. Steve sorted out the problem quickly, I got my little discount and now a happy convert to 1stDirect.

This company responded quickly to my enquiry and took less than 48 hours to complete the transaction after me asking many questions. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation

Ashley was terrific - courteous and helpful and finding solutions to my problem which he was able to have delivered to me the next day. Would that other online services were as good!! Quite exceptional!

Steve Batey dealt with my swimming pool cover very quickly and professionally. I had made a mistake in filling out the online form. Steve emailed me to point this out then we had 2 phone calls to ensure everything was correct with the order. I await delivery but really happy with my experience so far.

Fantastic customer service. We had a small manufacturing issue with our product, and all i can say is that it’s been dealt with immediately, in a very professional manner. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others as well.

Needed a hard to source pool filter but had no luck with several companies, contacted first direct and Bryan Benjafield informed me that he had none but he went the extra mile and managed to source one. Delivered within a week. Will use again

I run a private swiming pool which is used by local swim schools and families etc. 1st Direct have provided excellent servide to me over the years with pumps, chemicals, AFM, water testing equipment, pool covers, etc. Their knowledge and range of equipment is extensive and all at very competitive prices.
