It was disappointing to experience a lack of compassion and professionalism from some staff members during the process. The registration took more than a week to complete, and I had to follow up four separate times before our company was finally processed.

That said, I appreciate the response from the customer service team after I raised my concerns. They handled the matter professionally, took my feedback seriously, and informed me that the staff member involved would undergo additional customer service training. I am hopeful that this will help improve the experience for future customers.
