Break communication between 1stQuest and the Hotel in term of transportation from the airport to the hotel during arrival day. The hotel informed me that 1st Quest did not update them about the transportation which already confirmed via the email .

The quality and amount of each day doesn't match with each other.
Please verify before charging hefty amounts from the customers.
The breakfast doesn't have much options and the room quality is also less than average. Carpets are uncleaned and old.
The smell of cigarette comes out from every corner of the room.
