I am continuing to have problems with my new internet connection in my new address, I continuously recieve emails and sms messages stating that I should not quit my contract I then recieve "offers" to continue butvat the end I end up talking for a long time with different workers, wich are really polite and nice I must say, but in the end I have to explain the story to all of them over and over again just to get transferred to another colleague and to start all over... bottom line i am still waiting hopefully I can get my connection...

Quite good customer service even in English.

Worst internet provider in Germany, 0 support, only stealing money to increase their bonuses.

250 mbps is not available for DSL panoramastraße 91 70839 and for this i am changing connections to 100mbps and during this time no internet

my dad wants to cancel the contract because after 2yrs contract, the amount increase from 9,99 to 19,99 but when we call to ask infomation they said because I am not the owner of the contact while my dad can not speak german. there is no solution here and they make it so complicated.

Jonathan was providing a great support. He tried to address all my inquiries patiently (as I am new in Germany), even though his English is not perfect for himself, he was willing to help and in my opinion he was speaking very good English. Hence I decided to choose 1&1 for the next 24 months!

You have good workers working for u.l talk with one lady today but intact she was soo friendly to me of all my thousands questions she was ready to answer me.hope to enjoy ur Internet without problems. Thanks

1&1 are scammers. I signed up for a month to month contract. They told me after I told them it would only take 14 days for the contract to be canceled. I talked to them on the phone to cancel and they told me I had to send them an email. I did that and assumed my contract was canceled. Three months later I get a letter from a credit union that I owe them for those three months plus late fees. I told them no I canceled it three months ago. They said since I did not send it to the their other company email address t it was not canceled. The I told the person on the phone to give me the email to cancel it. They did I sent it to that email. Then I discovered a month later that it was still not canceled. I called again and they gave me another email to send to. I asked them if they could just cancel it on the phone right there and they said no it had to be by email, because of this I was charged another extra month. I sent the email today to this other address and I am not sure if my contract is canceled. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I wanted to end my contract. I got an email that says please confirm it by fone within 7 days. I did the next day. still, they never did and when I contacted them. first, their customer service agent was so rude. and then instead of giving me an answer he said I can't do anything and ended the chat without saying anything. before that their router stopped working. and they charged me 200 euros for a new one. I will not recommend it at all. better go for Vodafone or Tmobile.

ich bin ca. 11 Jahre Kunde bei 1&1 gewesen, bis heute...

Ich habe letztes Jahr mein Vertrag bei 1&1 gekündigt, da Neukunden immer ein besseres Angebot erhielten wie langjährige treue Kunden.
Am 19.01.2023 war es soweit, mein Vertrag bei 1&1 war zu Ende.
Natürlich habe ich meine Kündigung vor einem Jahr vergessen, und habe es an dem Tag am Handy gemerkt da ich nicht mehr telefonieren konnte.
Bis jetzt ist auch alles korrekt gelaufen, auch wenn ich dachte, dass 1&1 einen gewissen Service leistet...

Da ich auf ein privates handy angewiesen bin, rief ich umgehend bei 1&1 an um meinen Vertrag zu verlängern oder neu aufzusetzen... wichtig hierbei zu erwähnen ist, dass ich seit mehr als 20 Jahren die gleiche Rufnummer habe und dies auch so bleiben muss.

Der 1&1 Mitarbeiter klärte mich dann auf, dass ich meine alte Rufnummer nicht zum neuen Vertrag portieren kann, nur kompliziert über eine Prepaid Karte...

Es kommt mir vor, dass 1&1 hier treue Kunden welche kündigen, mit extra Kosten bestraft. Das ist voll im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Mein Fazit: Es gibt genügend andere vor allem günstigere Anbieter auf dem Markt.

Vielen Dank 1&1, dass ich jetzt bei einem anderen Anbieter die Hälfte sparen kann und dass mit einem besseren Netz.

I have been a customer of 1&1 for about 11 years, until today...

I cancelled my contract with 1&1 last year because new customers always got a better offer than long-time loyal customers.
On 19.01.2023 the time had come, my contract with 1&1 was over.
Of course, I forgot to cancel my contract a year ago, and I noticed it on my mobile phone that day because I could no longer make calls.
Up until now, everything has been done correctly, even though I thought that 1&1 provided a certain service...

Since I depend on a private mobile phone, I immediately called 1&1 to extend my contract or to set it up again... it is important to mention here that I have had the same number for more than 20 years and it has to stay that way.

The 1&1 employee then explained to me that I could not port my old number to the new contract, only in a complicated way via a prepaid card...

It seems to me that 1&1 is punishing loyal customers who cancel their contract with extra costs. This is completely in the interest of customer satisfaction.

My conclusion: There are enough other providers on the market, especially cheaper ones.

Thank you 1&1 that I can now save half with another provider.

Customer service is apparently a very low priority I can not describe the terrible service I have received they just bear face lie and leave you hanging on the phone don’t recommend at all

I ordered my internet 10 days ago, 3 days ago I received my service PIN. Without PIN they do not even talk to you. I just found out my order was cancelled and they can not tell the reason. There was NO communication about it, no meesage nothing. I could be waiting forever. I really need internet for my work. I just assume the cause is I am from another eu country as I just move into Germany 2 weeks ago, so I am not in Schufa or whatever they use.

The operator answered in English and was extremely helpful
