I really don't understand people who give bad reviews, I received my order and customer service answered my questions in less than 24 hours, thank you very much to Mayline for her kindness, I would recommend the site!

they didnt have my address, but i probably dint wirte it correctly. i sent them an email and then got back to me quickly, AND delivered it, so 10/10 customer service would recommend.

They didn't deliver , for 2 months , then we got an email from royal mail saying it had been delivered in West Midlands.
Not to us. In Hampshire. We emailed them, but all they would say is contact Royal Mail, which you can't, and they've not replied since .
We'll be reporting them for fraud

I ordered some trainers going 3-4 months now I still haven't received them and every time I ask for an update I'm just told it's in the process and I'll get the details from the delivery soon, the staff are rude and the terms and conditions basically say if anything in the process of sending your order happens to your order, you just lose out on your money and order, they are not responsible. I'm not sure how they can improve , but it's clear that Company needs an entire rethink on how they run terrible

My good mate Josh bought a blackout trapstar london shooters tracksuit and he loved it, good quality, very comfortable and looks incredible, big ups to 21dripzz again for blessing him 🙏🏼

Not a review I’ve ordered clothes worth 300£ from here and am wondering how long would it take for the delivery to arrive if you see this can you get back to me on insta.

Seller was very poor at communications and only responded when chased. No delivery of order. Had to work on credit card chargeback process to get money back. Avoid. Order made on 15 March 2024 - still nothing on 24 May 2024.

Since april 2nd I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and haven’t received them order 5136
They just keep saying it’s shipped wait for shipping information it’s almost 2 months I don’t know what bs is going on but I won’t be ordering ever again from these scammers

Scammers bought shoes 2 months ago and contacted them multiple times changing their story each time

its been 2 months and i havent received my 300£ order!they are saying all the time that is on finalization and its now been 2 months

i bought a trapstar windbreaker once and the quality was good.yesterday i tried to buy again and it said it wasnt shipping to turkey.i checked and it ships everywhere and not turkey but it was shipping to turkey like a month ago.i was excited that i was gonna buy like 600 dollars worth of clothes and i couldnt.why cant i buy products from turkey?

Scam company. Will claim your order is on the way, it will not arrive. Look at all the reviews. They never respond to bad ones…only good. They have fake good reviews. Illegal practise, see Terms of Service. Amazing they have not been shut down…yet.

Total scam artists. Read their terms of service, they take no responsibility for delivering goods that you paid for and will not give refunds.

I've ordered my Trapstar iron gate detachable black out edition that was £132.00 on the 4 of April and now its 7th of May how do I know my money hasn't be taken and my order is not coming because im thinking to report this matter.

Ordered wind breaker 5 weeks ago no goods or refund despite numerous contact still saying in finalisation. I doubt this will come now do not buy from this website.

I have been waiting over a month for a uk delivery that when I ordered stated 10 working days. I have repeated emailed to be told it’s in the process of delivery however it hasn’t even been shipped yet!
I have asked numerous times to cancel the order and have a refund as I’ve been waiting well over a month to then be told the order has been shipped so I can’t have a refund! Has the order been shipped or not? I am absolutely furious that my son went without his birthday present and is still waiting due to complete incompetence and constant contradictions and excuses. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company because once they have your money you do not get the item or the money back. I am looking to take this further unless someone from this company gives me a definitive answer on what has been happening and gives me a refund.
Update 26/6/24, still nothing and no reply! I order the item in March! Times are hard as it is without companies like this just taking your money. SCAM PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE
