Avoid the twist tension blinds
Ordered a tension blind as had new bathroom and did not want to drill fittings into the new wet wall. Paid more than double than the cost of a standard blind. The tension is absolutely useless. It slides down every day. Every Dingke. Day. Absolute waste of money and time. Complete false advertising of the products use and suitability. Have contacted trading standards.

Blinds really good quality
Blinds really good quality , unfortunately we had made a mistake in the measurements, spoke to very nice man on phone , he reordered for me as I had paid for the insurance if we had got it wrong
The new one should have been ready on Monday 25th but haven't heard anything about the progress
Had a phone call from a lovely lady this morning, blinds are stuck in the system, will be sent out in next couple of days . Many thanks for getting in touch and sorting out the delay, excellent customer service

"No drill" is useful but "Mind the Gap"
Having recently decorated, I didn't want to drill and these blinds fitted the bill nicely.
However, prospective buyers need to be aware that there are gaps at the side ( I guess it's because of the adjustable spring mechanism that allows the necessary flexibility).
These are the 5th blinds I've bought from this company, so while not perfect they're clearly good enough.

Excellent service
Excellent service; quick, helpful with regards to returns, replacement and refund of some curtains that I'd ordered in the wrong size, and the curtains themselves are lovely.
So pleased with the curtains and cushions I received as they've transformed my living room.

Twist and fit blind in Indigo
The blind arrived cut a little too big but customer services were great and a new blind was cut and despatched that same day ..just excellent. the quality of the blind is fantastic we are super pleased with it. It was very easy to fit and it really helped with the heatwave both with reflecting the heat and cutting out the bright sunlight
