Friendly staff , love the sauna and steam room great all round gym

Biggest advantage of this facility is that it gives you the access of 24 hours. However some facilities are not available after certain time such as sauna and steam room.

as a new user I have noticed The staff are great and the machines are excellent and very clean. However the changing rooms are very different. The lockers are a decent size however the showers do not have head and there is a nasty smell that lingers in there which I have noticed a few times when I have been in there. The cleanness of these showers are not too great either and I felt very cautious touching these .

I Joined up as there was an offer on. I have been several times and the atmosphere is good Also the Wednesday drum an bass class with Denise is a must not tried any other classes yet but I will.

I’ve not been to any other gyms to compare but I’ve been really impressed with this one. It’s always clean doesn’t smell and is a nice temperature. Plenty of equipment even at busier times to use and the female area is a great idea. Would definitely recommend

No hair dryer, you need to bring your own but steam room and sauna are very good relaxation areas.

Great gym, however the classes are too intense! Would be good to have a beginners class

The changing facilities, showers and toilets are not maintained well and are often dirty. Staff on the desk are not great at customer service. There was a good membership offer for people over 50 of £120 per year but this has stopped now so it makes it difficult for those on lower incomes. Very rarely are membership offers sent out and the steam room has been blocked off.

Equipment Brilliant, and getting new gear all the time. Spoilt for choice what to use in there. 10 out of 5 stars for 24/7 gyms.

Easy to order, although the fingerprint systems can be a PITA sometimes. Everything else is as you'd expect from a large chain gym.

Always a pleasant atmosphere and handy you can go when you want. Classes are also good.

Gym is great and passes on information about deals and classes frequently. It is always easy to buy a new membership but it doesn’t recognise renewal so your have to reset your finger print each year.
