Dishonest company, Looking for a part but if you reply to their text you’ll be charged £1.38 (EE) they do not mention this clearly anywhere unless you dig around in their t&c’s. Not a huge amount of money but you have to question the ethics of a company when they underhandedly charge people making enquiries.

Once you make a Car Part enquiry with this company (247 Spares), they will send you a text message saying: "Text the word PARTS now to 87121 to activate TextaQuote Service." If you then text back the word PARTS back to this number you will be charged £1.60 by your network provider. This is pure scam because you should automatically get a free quote for the part you've just enquired about.

Where’s my order? What is customer service email?

Searched for part & left note with further details. Quote received, part confirmed and delivered 2 days later

Well what a breath of fresh air dealing with spares - hut was, i orderd my part Tuesday and it arrived the day after before midday and it was exactly the correct part ready to fit. I would not hesitate to order from this company again once again spares hut thanks again for your fantastic service regards Ken mcloughlin.

Sent me the code a hundred times i tried to use code for part. Very difficult website i feel disappointed

dont use them they will rob ur money and sent u broken part, charged me 10 pound for a delivery and sent the item to wrong address, guy over the fone was abusing, making fun and racist he told me to go back to afghanistan even im not from there, they are good in twisting words and blame other people, just wasted 72 pound and received broken item, my order was sent to wrong address and someone ( who lives on thar address received it, packaging was spot on but item inside was broken and they wouldnt take any responsibility rather laughing and make funny noises and hanging up the fone....i feel sorry for other people who gona use them in future and get robbed

Very Rabish ,and time westing portal also in this portal most of spare part dealers are Fraud and non profational, like FCS 24spare customer service very rabish nothing to resolve any query I advised before order read all views

Total waste of time bought a mini engine trough 247 spares engine never been dispatched, handed over my card details to some fraudsters. Beware!!!!!!!

I tried 247spares to find a a steering pump for my car, the supplier that offered me the quote basically scammed me of the part and the money, contacted the customer service of 247spares, over 2 weeks no reply, they say you are protected when buying with a credit card that is not true they will offer you no protection.
