I purchased alot of buton batteries before covid started, and I had no problems; and I am still having no problems with the batteries I purchased: My ordered was very good price, and they are all still alive!

I ordered 10 extra heavy duty batteries and received 10 alkaline batteries in a extra heavy duty box. I returned the batteries. The company never refunded me nor answered my emails. I then ordered 10 more extra heavy duty batteries and did receive them this time. I added in the comments that I still need a refund for the previous order. I have got no response or refund. Next time I will choose another company to buy batteries from.
Bought batteries and never received them. Email their support with invoce # and they never replied back. Scam.
I purchased 20 batteries that were advertised as having a 7 year shelf life. When it came time to use them after only 6 months, 6 were dead. I emailed the company twice and both were ignored. I have purchased batteries from them in the past but it appears they prefer to loose an existing customer over addressing this issue. I wanted to call them but they are too chicken to list their phone number. I also filed a complaint with e BBB.
Stay away from this fraudulent operation. Their own policy states they do not charge your credit card until they ship your order. They charged my credit card on February 17 (they of order) and on February 28 it has still not shipped. Their own website shows the order as still "payment processing". There is no way to contact them by phone as they only offer email contact and do not respond to emails. Visa provided me a phone number to contact them and that phone does not work. Better Business Bureau rates them a D-. I have filed a dispute against them with VISA. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM FRAUD AND HEADACHES.
They sent me totally DEAD batteries, I e-mailed them at their support email address, they said they would send replacements... they led me on for weeks, the replacement battieres NEVER came. Then they stopped answering my emails asking what the problem was. They rip you off.
