Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.
Absolutely unprofessional, greedy almost scammy. I made s purchase for my son, they took the money out my card, but places the order on hold, then told me I needed to prove I owned the card, which I did proved via ID and credit card statement, and has not received any updates. Each time I email, it's the same lies that my case is being prioritized by their risk department team. It's been almost two weeks now of this being "prioritized". I've requested a refund, nothing. This is a waste of time and money. It's truly disappointing.
Any business using them, you should think twice from purchasing, sorry to say.

data thief, scam
I created an account on this 'data thief' site, and they rejected my application and blocked my access. I can't create another account with the same email address, I can't log in, I can reset my password but I still can't access it. This despicable company, which reviewed and rejected my application in a few hours, hasn't responded to my emails for 3 days. I will now check the payment machines in physical stores and refuse to pay if it's Verifone. Verifone and 2checkout are definitely low-quality companies to be avoided.

Using only because no choice as they are Bitdefenders payment channel. Customer service useless when our (fully up to date) card didn’t effect our renewal. After we finally resolved the issue and payment was made, they sent an email telling us again that payment had failed.
