An optician queried my prescription which proves to me that they care about what they give to their customers rather than just delivering a product that may have not been correct. Excellent, professional service.

Good service but had a bit of a problem with the order... I wasn't notified that one pair of frames was being sent and dispatched at another time so was confused when I didn't receive them in the first place; lack of communication. All is good apart from this however.

Best service and value glasses I've ever brought. First time buyer online for specs, and will definitely buy again thanks

Using the site couldn't have been easier.

Good glasses (Oakley barrelhouse). A lot cheaper (£140 cheaper) than high street opticians.
Shame it didn't come in a case though, just bubble wrapped.

Placed two orders (with identical prescriptions) at the same time. One order has been delivered (although there were numerous problems with the tracking and nobody could provide a definitive answer as to where my glasses were until they actually turned up, despite being 'signed for' by someone in Cardiff which is 100 miles away).

I am still waiting for the other order.

The first pair I ordered weere fantastic. Exactly what I wanted and arrived within 5 days. As they where premier ones I ordered a select also however these still have not come.

I ordered some glasses and 2for1glasses were very quick to get in touch and query my order which wasn't quite right. I was very impressed with this. The glasses have now arrived and I am very happy with them.

I ordered some expensive glasses from them and they arrived very quickly alas they were not the colour of frames I'd expected, so I returned them the same day to them, they received them the following day. That same day I received an email from them stating that my credit card had been fully credited, now you can't ask for more. When I am next in the market for glasses or if I know anyone that it, I would definitely recommend them

Helpfully rectified the perscription of the glasses free of charge as I sent them the incorrect details.

The glasses I ordered and paid for and the ones I received for free were far cheaper than compared to other online retailers.

Improvement I can suggest
- the tracking of my order on their website wasn't accurate. It did actually get to me quicker than the 10 - 14 days after being ordered that they say on their site.
- to receive more professional looking emails once the order is being progressed. The email I received was just a one liner saying "Your order xxxx is being assembled by one of our technicians.".

ordered sunday got on Friday very quick!!

I have previously use 2 for 1 glasses, so I ordered my new glasses through them too. The process is easy, fast and much more cost effective than ordering through an optician. I love my Ray Ban 5184's, this is my second pair. The first pair lasted 4 years and a backpacking trip around the world. I also recieved my free pair of prescription sunglasses too. Thank you :)

Very impressed! I ordered my glasses on Monday and was wearing them by Friday!! I bought a pair of prescription Ray bans and got a free pair of prescription Pepe! I am so happy my husband has now ordered some for himself too... Will be back for prescription sunglasses in the summer!

Had reservations about ordering glasses on the internet, but this is the way forward.
Vast range of designer frames and less than half the price of opticians with lenses.
Customer service is excellent - a person at the end of the phone who can sort anything for you. When I did not apply the sale discount code to get the best price, a quick call and it was all sorted and I had a refund in less than 10 minutes.
