I have now used 2for1glasses several times and each time I have had what is a quick professional experience. While this shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary it is very pleasing when a company does everything professionally and friendly. Would very much recommend to others and will be using again.
It's the second time I get glasses from this website and couldn't recommend more to any of my friends. The quality and service are Superb.

Just ordered an identical semi rimless frame to replace a pair that had been run over, (the lenses were fine) they were half the price compared to the high street.
I recieved the frames (with clear plastic lense ) within 3 work days.
Youtube showed me how to swap the lenses over.
Excellent service and communication. Quick delivery and both pair of glasses are perfect. I will definitely use this site again.
They sent the wrong frame. I rang them and sent photographs via email to show error made. It was clearly their mistake and they wouldn't rectify until they received the wrong specs. It took almost a month to resolve the problem. They seem to think that this was ok!
Really disappointed with this poor service.
I asked to speak to a manager who was busy and expected a phone call. I didn't get a call just sent an email, I found this is lack of courtesy especially as it was clearly their mistake that could have been resolved very easily. I had offered to send the specs back but requested the exchange pair be sent smiltanously for swiftness. This was beyond them.
Really let down.

I could not be happier with the service that you 2for1glasses provided since the initial order to the change in prescription, which was my fault. To be honest I was a little sceptical about ordering on-line compared to the normal bricks and mortar outlet but the service they provided was faultless.
Would recommend and definitely be ordering from 2for1glasses again.

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban prescription glasses from 2for1 glasses. The website was easy to navigate; ordering the glasses was a breeze. I also received a further 20% off the cost of the glasses, as I chose not to take the second free pair. I received delivery of the glasses within a week.
Excellent value for money (same glasses were priced at £250 from a well known major high street retailer). Would definitely use this company again, and would recommend to my friends.
The glasses I ordered (and couldn't find elsewhere) were as clearly advertised and came quickly, in the full original packaging.

My husband ordered some glasses a couple of weeks ago and he had them with in 4 days so I decided to do the same. I wasn't expecting quite such prompt service being the week leading up to Christmas, however I was wrong....I ordered on Sunday 20th December and they arrived on Christmas Eve! Marvellous! I received my first pair of glasses ( frames only)) within 48 hours, the second pair with prescription lenses after 5 days. The only slight hiccup was I was unable to track the second pair of glasses on the web site not sure why. But otherwise very happy with my purchases.I will be using 2for1glasses again in the future without doubt.

After a month, I was informed that one pair had been discontinued. This was refunded promptly.
I had to wait a further months for the remaining pair of glasses to be dispatched, which arrived on October 23rd.
Clearly their stock indicators are completely bogus. There was no effort to warn me of any potential delay. I had to chase them up multiple times and got bogus responses like "they're in the lab now", which was later contradicted.
Avoid them and all other Eyeware Brands Ltd websites.
I ordered the glasses over 4-5 weeks ago and should have realised there were issues from the start when the first confirmation email stated that they needed my PD which was filled in during the order process. I replied back immidiately with my PD and then it still took someone 3 days to confirm they had recieved it. I then waited 1 week before checking back to find that the frames I selected were not in stock even though this is on their website under the FAQ's
'Usually 7 to 10 working days excluding dispatch. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified via email or telephone of an approximate delivery date.'
I never got that call or email.
I then started chasing and eventually I was toild the stock had been arrived and the order was being processed. That was 10 days ago. I am now chasing constantly and even though the frames have been at the lab for the last 4 days no one can tell me how much longer it will take.
Very poor communication and sense or urgency and customer satisfaction is rubbish.
I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I placed the order as all the reviews on their site are obviously favourable to them.
Do not buy from this lot unless you can afford to wait.... a long time.
