A good choice of frames at competitive prices. Polite customer service team. The ordering process was a little longer than I'd hoped but my glasses arrived today and I'm very pleased with them. Thank you Rebecca and the team. I shall order again in future.

Same experience as the review posted before mine. It has been about 2 weeks since my order without no updates so I decided to email through. I was then informed that there was "no stock available as the frames have been discontinued by the manufacturers." The frames are still showing as available on their site. Unacceptable and very deceiving. I don't understand why it took them 2 weeks to email the supplier to inquire whether the frames were available.

This is of severe inconvenience to me as my prescription has gotten worse. I was expecting a quicker turnaround from 2for1glasses.co.uk having stated the frames were available.

What I also noticed is the return email showed the 2for1glasses.co.uk as Eyewearbrands (I'm guessing they are the same company). I had the exact same issue with Eyewearbrands a year ago when I ordered prescription glasses (was told frames were discontinued & had to wait very long for delivery) so beware of these companies. This same issue has happened twice to me.

Waited for 13 working days for my glasses to be ready for dispatch, only to be told that the supplier could no longer supply the frames. The frames that are STILL listed as 'In Stock' on their website. Three weeks on and still without a set of glasses, and experiencing headaches. Thanks for nothing 2for1 Glasses.
Word of caution - avoid if you can. If you do order PAY WITH PAYPAL! If you use PayPal you are covered in case of any screw ups on their part.

Bought a couple of Brand glases for really good price compared to street opticians. Both glases were provided with original box and cleaning tissue. Just a week between ordering and receiving. Good choice of lenses.

I ordered a pair of glasses which where out of stock. I was given a time frame of between 4-6 weeks until delivery which I accepted and then received my glasses only 2 weeks into that. Excellent value for money with and will recommend to anyone. Keep it up!!! :)

The glasses took a bit longer to be delivered than the estimate quoted on the website (13 working days in stead of 10). Customer service was helpful and it was easy to get to speak to a person on their helpline, though I did have to phone and email a couple of times. The price for the premium frames was about £100 cheaper than it would have been from a high street optometrist, with the added bonus of a free second pair. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

3 weeks delivery after numerous emails and poor excuses' no updates on glasses just saying acquiring lenses & frames and then more poor excuses & apologies.will never use again.

From the online checkout completion through to my glasses arriving at my door I could not fault the service! Even after confirming my order I changed my mind and within a day my amendments had been made, checked and confirmed.
Continual online updates and tracking system, with emails sent to confirm each stage and actual people at the end of the telephone or email.

I ordered my reading glasses 3 months ago. One pair lost the nose pad. I telephoned and I got replacement screws to fix the issue otherwise both glasses are great and at very reasonable prices. My optician is not happy but given I was charged over £100 plus for frame which I later discovered are available online for less £10.00 I have no sympathy. Now I won't fret if my prescription changes again.

After being let down by another online glasses store, 2 for 1 glasses helped me find the specific model I was looking for, checked it was in stock and rushed my order through so that I would receive it by christmas. I will definately be shopping with them again.

I needed glasses before I leave on holiday in 2 weeks and after confirming with ellen that they had the frames in stock she would see if they can prioritize my order. They send regular updates along the way to show you how your glasses are getting along. Well I ordered mine at 9.30am and by 4.00pm it was shipped. Couldnt be more pleased. So I received my order in super quick time and also saved myself exactly half of what I would pay in the high street PLUS I get another pair, which I picked is a pair of hugo boss not some cheapie glasses you usually get as your second pair.

Brilliant information from as soon as you place your order. They completely reassure you all along the way and it's great for a company that you don't have to chase and they let you know how your order is being processed. Delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 in every aspect and I have already recommended to my friends and family.

My glasses arrived today as promised. Ellen at 2 for 1 glasses went above and beyond in assisting me as my initial choice was unavailable. I couldn't be happier with the service and value for money, would highly recommend the company to anybody.

This is the first time that I've ever purchased glasses online, normally choosing high street retailers for peace of mind. However, due to the ever increasing prices of frames and lenses, I chose to go for 2for1 because of their great prices and incentive of a free designer pair.
I'm happy to report that the turn around was very prompt and I was always made aware of the status of my order at every stage, giving me peace of mind which is important. Having a hard copy of my prescription, the glasses were made exactly and I am extremely happy with the results and care employed - I saved well over £250 on my frames and as I result, will definitely look to 2for1 when buying my next pair. Many thanks to everyone there.

I was worried about purchasing prescription glasses online as it was a lot of money and things could go wrong. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and received a request for my pupillary distance, which means you end up sending an old pair of glasses for them to measure it (safer than getting a friend or family member to do it and getting it wrong...) They send your glasses back with your order. My colour choice was out of stock so I ordered a different colour, and when I checked the site they had removed the out of stock colour so they do keep on top of that.

Everyone I spoke to, either over the phone or e-mail, were extremely helpful and friendly. They update order status on the site so you can track progress. They state they deliver between 7-10 working days after your order is placed; however I gave them about 15 days and everything had gone quiet; no progress update, no delivery, nothing. I got back in contact with them and was assured that the order was being dealt with; I received them a day later. I suspect they may have forgotten and me contacting them reminded them!

The sunglasses arrived with my old pair of glasses, and you also receive the old non-prescription lenses in case you want to exchange them if you get contacts. One thing that bugs me is there is a tiny fingerprint which is trapped between the lens and the coating, so I can't clean it off. They did offer to sort it out for me if I sent them back but I was going away and wanted them, and I think I can live with it.

It has definitely eased my worries about purchasing prescription items online, and would definitely use them again.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses off the site, they frames took a little longer to come but they kept me informed through out the whole process which was very helpful. I spoke to someone on the phone about getting a refund because my frames didn't suit me :( I returned the goods and was contacted the next day and issued with my refund. Their service is extremely helpful and friendly :) because of that I will be ordering some other frames that will hopefully suit me
