Bought a key for the wrong platform(xbox) but support guided me with my refund and then bought the correct version (pc), very kind service and my key worked

I ordered a game on a great sale a month back and saw the payment was in review. Game came out today but never got the key. Made a ticket and submitted it for help. They said to try a different VPN? Which didn't make any sense. After having to explain it differently they said oh just order it... After the sale was already a month over and they didn't want to honor the original price and said oh we never had an incomplete order even though it said payment was in review.... Extremely suspicious behavior and unhelpful.

Edit: they even tried to flag my review this morning to get it removed. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and Now they claim my bank is the issue. They should've just done this at the time of purchase. A genuine company would follow up immediately and offer a chance to purchase for the price it was sold at the time again.

They again tried to flag the review after edits for a second time, I doubt it will taken down. The review I can swear to US law does actually match the case and issue. Not really sure why they feel the need to double down on something that was proven wrong. The payment was in review and no one informed me the payment problem until today. I offered to purchase the product, but only at the price it was being sold at the time of the discount.

i purchased a wrong product. The 2game Staff was really fast (2 minutes) in their response and immediately refund my product. Great job here !

Easy and helpful support

I accidentally bought the wrong version of a game. When I noticed this, I immediately contacted support (without revealing the key).
Within just a hour I received an e-mail that my purchase was refunded. I'm currently waiting for the money to be sent back, but I'm really satisfied with the customer service, especially the fact that responding staff doesn't waste a single second of your time and helps you as soon as they can.

EDIT: I have received the refund in just one workday (the Support had responded in the weekend). Fantastic service!

Ordered MSFS 24. However, my order was put on hold.
Customer support wanted to check if I wanted Steam or an Xbox code.
I should have realised this so I proceeded with a refund, I wanted Steam.
Excellent experience nonetheless.
I will be back for future games with 2Game.

I thought they were scamming me, but after I contacted them the explained for me the the item i bought have been bought before by mistake or for the wrong platform they just wanted to check if it‘s the right order, which I really find great because i did order it for the wrong platform. Refund was really fast didn‘t take so much time. They really habe great Costumer support, i think every big company should have this great customer support.

Unfortunately, I was unable to redeem my code as I bought it for the wrong platform.
The support was very quick and helpful, informed me of the possibly incorrect purchase/mistake and offered a refund. The refund arrived within a few minutes. Good experience, anytime again! Thank you very much.

2game is my favourite place to shop for games as they often have discounted prices vs. the most common PC gaming storefront. Customer service is always quick and efficient and the storefront offers localized pricing which I support.

I made an order by mistake, contacted the customer support to ask if a refund was possibile and they provided right away. Surely if the occasion will present itself I will buy from them. Great customer support.

Really fast deliver, site has some bugs but not that annoying. I really would like to recommend for my friends, parents and even yall.

I bought a game from them and the next day they refunded my purchase because of a "technical error" when I went to get the game again from their store, the game had the price cranked up by quite a bit.

I asked them to provide me with assistance either in the form of a coupon or an extra discount, and after they apologized for the pricing error, they decided to take a "special consideration" in my case and ended up giving me a very fair price for the game, so I bought it and will continue buying from them in the future.

I Made a mistake and i order a game on the wrong platform. One mail to the support and i was refunded the same day. Thank you for your service and reactivity! 5 stars for you ;)

My order got a delay for a few hours. A support contact me back after a few hours after I submit a ticket and they gave me an upgrade to deluxe for my Monster Hunter Wilds. 10/10 for this website. I will probably shopping here again in the future.

They have an amazing customer service dept. I reached out to them with an issue and to their credit, they were the most responsive out of all. Very quick to reply, and they were very easy to work with.

I will use them again and again.

I have experienced the thrill of receiving the key later than the scheduled time, I can wait because I understand how much you all from 2game team care about the service, because I only bought the starter game, but because the order of the key was not on time and you had to ship me a new key, you even gave me a Deluxe Editions key as compensation for having to wait for the key, it was a very impressive upgrade and service for me.

Thank you for the excellent service since the first time I tried using 2game website and thank you very much that 2game team received my request to help me fully, next time I will definitely come back to buy new games on 2game website, thank you for the great experience! :)
