absolutely no help, either they say that they can’t do anything or just completely ignore tickets

Worst Support I have ever experienced.

Searching for reasons not to help instead of helping.
Writing back and froth now since a week.
Sent them everything they needed, which got more and more from each email.

Now after I have literally sent them all I could even send, they just claim the missing DLC of Borderlands 4 is shown on the video and screenshots I have sent them.
Which is not the case, so they are now just lying because they dont want to help.

I will now pirate every game I can instead of ever buying any 2K slop game again.

Mafia old country is complete garbage. It is not an open world game . The story is twice as long as the game and the dynamics are awful. The first 3 were great. Just really decided to put all the money into graphics and just forget gameplay hey?

Absolutely garbage. Done everything that I can find online to resolve the lag while loading and stuttering. Nothing works. Save your money as I will never purchase anything 2k ever again.

I spent 10 dollars on the game and feel like ive been bent over by ronnie, same game as last year just worse mechanics, shot bar, logic, gameplay, mycareer mode, the only good thing they have in this game is playnow.

I was permanently banned for using a cartoon quote from Elmer Fudd in a post on Steam Community Hub. This after I paid $140 for the Founder's Edition of Civilization 7. Steam would not refund the product or overturn the ban saying 2K Games were in charge of their Steam community. I asked 2K about the ban and they said they don't get involved. When I asked if they agreed with the forum moderator's decision of a permanent ban they refused to answer and threatened to pull my account if I persisted.

I cant believe i wasted 60 dollars on 2k25 then they drop the price to 20 bucks. Thelast 2k i bought was 2k18. Right from the start I noticed the matchmaking. Why am I going against a starting lineup with everyone 98 or above? It takes forever to get a player with a 94 overall and pulling something better is impossible unless you start spending more money. The game play is terrible. The cheating is out of this world. It's 10x worse than warzone. I don't own a zen and I'm not paying to win at anything. I'm never buying a 2k game again. I will be praying for ea to develop another basketball game

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and warn other players about a serious issue that still exists in WWE 2K25 and has been present in several previous games as well.

Recently, in WWE2K23 my MyRise save file was completely corrupted after the game crashed during a loading screen. I didn’t manually close it, the crash just happened and when I relaunched, the save was gone. No recovery, no backup, nothing. Just endless loading.

I contacted 2K Support and they replied that this happens if the game is closed during a load screen, and that the only solution is to restart the entire mode and I just lost hours of progress due to something that's clearly a known technical flaw.

To be fair, I want to note that 2K Support was responsive, polite, and quick to reply. They were clearly engaged and tried to explain the issue, so I do appreciate their effort on the support side. My criticism is not about the staff, but about the persistent technical flaw in the game itself.

This is NOT just a MyRise issue. Players have reported similar problems with Universe Mode, GM Mode, and other areas where crashes or unexpected shutdowns corrupt saves.

What frustrates me most is that this problem has been happening for years and 2K still hasn’t implemented basic protections, like autosave backups or crash recovery, which are standard in many other games by now. It's 2025, and we're still losing hours of progress over a single crash?

I think it’s unacceptable for a major studio to ignore this and offer no solution to players. So I’m posting this here:

To warn others: avoid closing the game on any load screen, and beware of crashes.

Terrible customer service.

I recently spent money on a hall of fame box and got the same invincible and 100 overalls. I wrote 2k support, and offered no solution, no empathy. This also happened to me many times before that, which I explained. They couldn’t even give me a fair solution and told me that everything is random. Min and Oliver were terrible customer service reps. I will never spend money on this game again. That was also my first time ever requesting 2k support and they brushed me off saying everything is random.

When you spend 100s of dollars on packs to have fun and get the same cards. I expect customer service to have basic manners and treat the customer fairly. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. The least they could do is give me a good pack to open or anything similar to the pack they bought that makes the customer happy and want to buy again. A multi million dollar company should be able to do that at least once.

Worst support of any company out there. Their game constantly has glitches then they take forever to respond and don't actually do anything.

Endlessly make great games then strangle the player base with micro transactions and pay to win. Going from that to their current plan which is to cater to the ultra rich and streamer community and leave regular gamers to the side. Borderlands was my favorite franchise, i skipped college classes and ditched middle school, remeber going to my buddies basement to play 1 as kids. But no longer their tactics and feelings towards gamers is disgusting. 2k has lost all morals and lost any hope of ever receiving any money from me since they feel entitled to more, let them kill their own studio with stupidity

After over 15 years of being a loyal customer to 2K, I’m absolutely disgusted by the complete lack of respect and accountability this company shows to its players.

My game crashed twice, both times corrupting my save file — over 100 hours of gameplay gone. As a long-time fan and supporter, I expected at least basic customer support. What I got instead was a disaster of an experience:

No real customer service: Submitting a ticket felt like shouting into the void. Responses were delayed, canned, and completely unhelpful.

Flip-flopping between support reps: Every time I got a reply, it was from a different person who gave conflicting information or clearly hadn’t reviewed the previous conversation.

No meaningful resolution: The support team made no effort to escalate the issue or offer any kind of legitimate solution — just hollow apologies and generic responses.

Insulting compensation: As a pathetic gesture, they gave me some golden keys. I already have nearly 100 of those — they’re utterly useless at this point in the game. It's like handing a used Band-Aid to someone who just lost a limb.

Zero effort to actually resolve the problem: They didn’t offer any way to recover my save, didn’t provide a workaround, and didn’t even offer something substantial like DLC, in-game currency, or anything that might reflect an ounce of goodwill.

2K used to stand for quality, but now it’s clear they stand for corporate apathy and player neglect. They’re happy to take your money, but don’t expect them to lift a finger when their broken systems wipe out your progress.

If you're thinking about investing your time or money in a 2K game — don’t. Because if something goes wrong, they will not be there for you.

Shame on you, 2K. You’ve lost a dedicated fan for good.

Same game different year. Terrible company for mutiple games not just wrestling. Stay well away and pray they go out of business. Micro transactions and not putting in the effort to make a the games feel new. They can join the list along with ubisoft.

Genuinely horrible you can't even log in I've tried about 100 times it says that you need to give them a code that they have never sent it isn't in my junk they just haven't sent me one absolutely terrible

On 2k24 on a ps5 console. I've submitted request tickets so many times for my situation and everyone else nationwide with the same situation I'm experiencing. From the locker room heading out to the Rec that's where it gets stuck. It Freeze on The Rec Logo. Today is 04/17/2025 i haven't played a game on the Rec for 4 days now. I did all the prompt that was requested from 2k. To fix my issue. And nothing has been Resolved. 2k request so many things for us to do with our console as far as clear cache, update system , turning off our console. Reset internet, send photos and videos. Smh. I feel like that's not our job to do all of that. Apparently it's 2k issue, you fix it. It's so sad that we pay tons of money to play our game and we don't get what we are paying for, and we have to do 2k job as well. On call for. I'm very disappointed. This is the reason why I didn't purchased 2k25. 2 k needs to do a better job with their systems.

This game is garbage man. 7’3 fade away 3s and bull rim runs just for a good contest. Only for the guy to phase through me once we land on our feet and get the board/putback. Mooch off the next generation after this year I’m done spending 300/400 for 3 builds just to lose to dogwater opponents.

Game is trash. Constant updating changing gameplay to try force players into making new builds. So effectively tactics to get people to spend money on VC. Dribbling is clunky and slow. RNG has ruined shooting. Dunking meter is partially useless. Steals are over powered and makes the game not fun at all. This is by far the worst ever 2k ever made

the shots and dribble just feel so bad and not real. the game overall just feels so unrealistic and and fake. I know it's a game right, but fifa and every other sport game I have ever played feels so much better and realistic. I have played 2k25 for 3 weeks now, and I can truly say, that its the worst game I have ever played
