Sceptical but then....
At first I was sceptical because the prices of the products seem to good to be true. It was because of KLARNA that I decided to complete my purchase at 2Trendy. And... It did not disappoint. The jeans I received are the same size as the ones I buy in my own country. The fit is perfect and they fit me just like the ones I purchased previously. The delivery for me was within a week so that's just perfect! I highly recommend 2trendy and I will definitely buy here again!

Ordered via the .nl website, my order was never shipped, no communication given at all why/status, no reactions to emails.
Starting to think this not trustworthy and potentially a scam website.
Edit: The order did arrive eventually, and the products are well made and looking great. The service/communication however is still in need of improvement.

Could you provide me with an order number?
Many of the issues we have with communication is due to a misspelling or typo in the e-mail address when placing the order, so just wanted to check on this or it something else could be wrong.
We send out order confirmation mail right away, and then also a tracking mail when we have shipped the package.

Late delivery & wrong order
Order delivered very late. And got a wrong shirt, ordered navy blue but got a black shirt. Overall quality of stuff is good but its a mix of jack & jones and only sons. Basically an online platform for different brands. I would not buy again.

Hello, we received the parcel yesterday, but there were a lot of delivery problems. Your parcels are delivered in France by DHL but then the delivery is made by Colis Privé who are absolutely not serious. We went to the Relais several times after receiving emails from Colis privé telling us that the parcel had arrived. Finally, we were able to pick it up yesterday.

We are aware of issues with Collis Privé, and we have received a lot of complaints when we used them as our shipping partner. So we switched to DHL in order to avoid using Collis Privé.

I can see that you have already had a correspondence with my colleague. And I can also see that original issue was that you have written a wrong address when you ordered, so you could not pick up the package at first.
So my colleague spoke to you to find a solution, which was to send it to the correct address as soon as we received the package back at our warehouse.
At the present moment, we have still not received the package, so we have told Collis Privé to search for it.
We have not heard from them yet, but will send you a new package today.
