Order proces was fine, clear, etc. However, the pickup point they offered turned out to be not good in terms of service. Next time I'll let it deliver to my home address.

Ordered pants which did not fit and…
Ordered pants which did not fit and sent them back, I'm still getting charged 150 Sek delivery, using return label and return few.
Absolute garbage company never experienced this before.
Think twice before ordering anything cuz you will be charged alot if you return it.

Used 2trendy for 3 years now. Their pants are stretchable with perfect fit. Been using them for daily wear for a while now, keep buying 2-3 new pants every year. Perfect for office

This is however not something we have had any issues with previously, and we have sold a lot of the jackets. Therefore, we would be very happy, if you could elaborate on why you feel like the item is different than what you expected, so we might be able to avoid a similar case it in the future.

It is not possible to buy a return label at 2trendy. We send one along with your package, which can be used to make a free exchange, or to return your items. It is however correct that we charge 39 kr. for the use of the return label, if you wish to only return your items.
In relation to the jacket, please contact our support, who will gladly try to help you out, to see if something is wrong with the jacket.

Well I did order 2 jeans in the same size for my boyfriend. Only 1pair fit even if they had the same size number on the inside.
I had to return 1 jeans because they could not send me one size up in that denim color.

I canceled After ording About 30 minutes by mail, which was not accepted. As an answer came: delivery has already been sent, which i could not really believe. Then a back and forth regarding the return, which i habe ultimately stopped. The whole process was slow and somewhat unsatisfactory. At the end and repeated mails then everything worked satisfactorily.
