Fabulous service from Leigh & Alex. They word hard to find you the correct product and support you all the way through with great communication. They are a joy to work with and always find a solution if something isn’t quite straightforward.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with 3MC for my buy to let properties. I love how I get a reminder when the mortgage term is close to ending and when they do, they're already familiar with my situation and plan for my investments.
The team are always helpful and very knowledgeable, making the process so easy for me every time.

Used 3MC for multiple mortgage applications and they’ve always been attentive, proactive with comms and looked out for our best interests in terms of securing the best deal. Would recommend.

I have used 3mc for a few years now. They have generally been reasonably efficient however this changed in the beginning of the year with packaged cases. This escalated and I stopped using them a few months ago. I was particularly upset that they were using my initial favourable comments to promote their business without my consent. I was very annoyed that they record all conversations and review this. All without advising the broker. This is a gdpr breach.

I couldn't fault my experience with 3mc Mortgages! I dealt with three people; Jason, Alex and Stephen and all three were fantastic. Very communicative and always available for a quick call to answer questions.

It was my first house purchase so I went into the whole process feeling very nervous and I was worried I'd end up being pushed into a product I wasn't fully sold on but 3mc couldn't have been more accommodating which was very much appreciated.

I will be using them for all property purchases and remortgages going forward!

I’ve just completed a remortgage with 3MC and I have another one pending. I can not fault these guys at all. My situation was a little complex with separating and they understood and delivered the best options available to me. Also they followed up with rate reviews.

Just completed a second remortgage with 3mc. Karl Tidman and the team were amazing!! Karl provided support to our solicitor a couple of days before completion to ensure everything went smoothly. I couldn't recommend Karl and the team highly enough. Excellent service and I will definitely be using 3mc again in the future. Well done guys !!

I had Alex and Leigh giving me updates at every step of the process. Both were professional ,compassionate and reassuring during the time when progress was slow.

Phone answered very fast. They return calls promptly. Chase up queries and give me a feedback. They are proactive in chasing up solicitors if the pace is slower than expected. Offer useful suggestions very readily when required. I plan to use them for more purchases.

From start to finish very professional, Peter was a god send to have on the other end of an email or call, we had a blip which delayed things due to a communication error but we are all human and these things happen!! Very pleased with our re-mortgage and will 100% use again.. thank you

Trouble free process

I have just completed the first of 2 re-mortgages of my Buy-To-Let properties with Paragon as a result of using 3MC mortgage brokerage and advisory services. This is actually my 3rd re-mortgage with 3MC in 2 years and I have been very impressed with their service!

Their on-line portal system which you can access at anytime, regularly keeps you up to date on the progress of your case so you can act accordingly to maintain momentum and avoid any unnecessary delays which I found very helpful.

I found the initial consultation and their thorough research of the market presenting all the different options very helpful. I was particularly impressed with my follow up consultation with their mortgage broker Peter Libertine as he listened to what my strategic investment objectives were and helped me consider the best rates available at that time on the market to achieve these objectives. Peter’s advice and guidance was invaluable, and I am very happy with the outcome these 2 re-mortgages.

Very dis-organised. The never made a scheduled phone time and then got the timings wrong for a follow up call. Complete confusion and lack of any professionalism. This dis-organisation made me very worried about taking out a mortgage with their company and for that reason I would not trust them.

Regular feedback checking to see if rates had changed. Jason Slicker was excellent would recommend service. Would use service in the future
