I write to explain just how impressed I have been with Jayde, regarding the record breaking, torturous cases in the student accommodation block called ‘The Junxion’, which have exceeded 3 years in processing as we approach completion. I will give you the abridged version of events, but I have worked on these cases for over 3 years and had to deal with the cladding issue, post Grenfell, EWS1’s, Covid, the advent of the new BSA and three different firms of solicitors, a toxic cocktail in anyone’s workload. All of these issues individually could have sunk this application, but to have to deal with them all has been a Sisyphean task. There have been so many false starts, I can’t remember them all, but I was happy with the support I received from Mal at the time, who was professional and knowledgeable.
When Mal left at a key juncture, I feared the worst, because how could anyone pick up these cases and run with them given the size of the files and the complexity of them. To compound things further the fee earner at Wilkin Chapman Solicitors fell seriously ill and was replaced by a whole new team. I was introduced to Jayde as my new case handler and I was guilty of making assumptions based on nothing more than a voice which sounded very young. I felt quite despondent at the time because I assumed it was going to be one more area for me to manage and be responsible for when dealing with my clients.
I could not have been more wrong, Jayde showed a degree of confidence when dealing with me and others that reassured me almost immediately and demanded a level of respect, which was impressive to say the very least. Her confidence grew as she became more aware of the cases, their history and the key participants. As time went by it was clear to me the chasm of expertise, know-how and confidence her former colleague offered when compared to her, in-fact when compared to any and every case manager from any packager I have ever used in 33 years in this industry.
We all have personal issues to deal with on top of our employment, which can be tough at times. I can tell you that Jayde helped me cope with these cases to such an extent that I was able to focus more on other cases that were languishing in an ever-increasing backlog, such was the confidence I had in her to deliver. I knew that she was ‘pushing back’ when it was needed with the lender and different firms of solicitors, which showed a lot of confidence, moreover she never failed to call me back or deliver on something she said she would do. Imagine getting updates when you wouldn’t expect them from any other service provider, it was such a treat!
Well now we are hopefully going to complete inside the last two days of the 4th or 5th extension of the 8th or 9th set of offer terms and conditions, and that is in no small part down to Jayde. I am looking for a key administrator as we re-structure and I would offer Jayde the position in the blink of an eye, so keep your office door locked!
Please pass on my gratitude and thanks for her sterling work, supporting me to completion on 3 cases that have become the longest, most drawn out and complex in my career to date, she deserves a huge pat on the back.
3-mc have been first class through out the process of my BTL re-mortgage. Professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.
I have been using 3mc for a few years now and they have always provided an excellent service. Unfortunately this has noticeably dropped off in the last couple of months. They are generally slow to respond to updates and when they do you get the feeling that they don't want the case to complete they just want their packaging fee. I now feel they are not best representing my clients or my needs. Very disappointed as I have a number of cases with them at the moment.

Leigh and the team (especially Louise) did an amazing job arranging our second BTL mortgage through 3MC. They managed to negotiate mortgage offer extensions with two companies for us. If they hadn't have been able to do this it would have either cost us double or we would have had to pull out of the purchase due to the sky high interest rates as a result of the ‘mini budget’! Thank you again 3MC. We will definitely use them again and recommend to all.
Georgia Burgess and James Traynor of 3MC arranged a re-mortgage for me. As a fixed mortgage, converted from a tracker, this was a life-saver for me, as I anticipate rates to rise imminently. At all times, James and Georgia were kind, helpful and efficient and did an excellent job and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
3mc come up trumps again. Super efficient re-mortgage sourcing got me into a fixed rate deal just ahead of significant interest rate hikes. Saved me a fortune.

I have had the most fantastic experience with Leigh McGrath and Jayde Harrison with purchasing my recent house and remortgaging. I initially dealt with Leigh who explained my various options, each in detail and was extremely helpful and understanding with me. This helped as I do not understand all the T&C's that come with mortgage loans and buying a house. I felt very happy and reasurred with Leigh. He recommended the best product and then I was handed over to Jayde who was equally as excellent in her delivery of the mortgage and explaining each step along the way as we went when I did not understand the complicated parts of borrowing money. I couldn't have been more happy that I had Leigh and Jayde helping me and guiding me through the process. As a Limited Company owner I was advised I had a strong mortgage application, so promptly paid the fee. No direction, little or no communication unless from me, eight weeks and no mortgage later I lost my purchase and sale. I’m sure Covid is the excuse but I don’t think residential mortgages are their thing?
Mmm... approached 3mc for a BTL mortgage. Unfortunately the lower than expected valuation on my property prevented me from progressing. 3mc assured me early on that the valuation would more than likely be ok, given the assessment they made on the area. I would urge people to question this as I should have before paying fee to 3mc. I also found they were quite unhelpful once the valuation came in and were unable to provide any useful information or insights. The only messages I received were to ask if I had any thoughts about how to move forward. A learning point for 3 mc would perhaps to provide some proactive ideas based on their ‘expertise’ to their clients? They were very nice but I felt a bit disappointed by the service I received and would probably not recommend.
We recently remortgage with 3MC Brilliant and professional service and specially Stephen Derbyshire and Helen O'Hara excellent in all aspects of the transaction they've been very helpful and kept me informed constantly and consistently and answered all my questions very promptly 100 percent total professional service I would recommend 3MC every time and would use them again without hesitation
I am an RLA Member, and contacted 'RLA mortgages' which is operated by 3mc. Considering that I am a potential customer my first experience talking with one of their "senior advisers", SD (I won't name names), was extremely unpleasant at best. I am an experienced landlord with other buy-to-let mortgages but never have I been spoken to in such a patronising, condescending, snotty, obnoxious way in any call let alone an initial call. He also stated that my other mortgage brokers are wrong (they're not) and he actually provided very little help if any. Needless to say as a first impression of RLA Mortgages this operative failed miserably and has put me off conducting any future business with the company. Well done.
