Delayed response
Orders were both cancelled due to glitch in prices. And still to receive a refund been 2 weeks. Customer service is non existent, no reply as of yet, no refund, nothing.

Do not trust this site!
Do not trust this site. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time as I see their "pricing errors" are a regular issue. Thought I was getting 2 controllers fairly cheap and the next day order got cancelled because they have made a pricing error. I would expect a company to still proceed with order regardless but given how frequently this happens it seems they use the cheaper prices to bring traffic to their site and then cancel those parts of the order.

Refund still not arrived
Cancelled my order due to a ‘system error’ and have stated they’d refund me. This is fine but they said this 7 days ago, and I’ve yet to see any money arrive in my account. This has happened across the board to a lot of people recently (I’ve heard the company changed hands). Will not purchase from here again- hopefully customer service actually get back to me.

it’s good, but I was hesitant
this is honestly a good website to order from; I was apprehensive because there are good reviews but also several really bad ones— but I just took the risk. the item I ordered arrived earlier than I thought it would, in great condition with nothing broken, and it was the cheapest price compared to other websites like Amazon where the same product was £80 instead of around £28. will definitely buy from here again!

I ordered a Disney tradition from here supposed to be 3-5 days delivery but still waiting 2 weeks later and customer service is shocking! Also the communication is none existent no emails or messages about any delay or where my order is not impressed and won't be using them again!

Purchased a game over a week and a half ago (this showed as in stock), got no reply to messages regarding the item and tried via email and their contact form and no dispatch. This then went out of stock and never arrived. Got PayPal to issue a refund. Advise you do the same if you want the full amount (and them to not keep the £1.99 postage costs.

I've just noticed that I've received several emails from them telling me that they don't actually have the game I ordered, so they have issued me a refund. I can see that I have received a refund, but it's not for the full amount I paid. I want all my money back not just some of it. Avoid these guys at all costs.

I ordered unicorn overlord ps5 2 weeks later no game and 2 ignored emails i filed for my money back though paypal, i got the money back right away and 2 days later just had a email for 365 just saying the issued a refund. so they did not have the game in stock even tho the site was saying 2 to 3 day delivery and they ignored my emails shame but they have turned it to a scam.

I'm not sure if our replies to your emails went into your spam folder but I can assure you the team did reply to both of your emails within 48hrs.
There was sadly a delay in receiving the stock from our overflow warehouse which we hold our hands up to and always try our best to get your order shipped asap!
As you opened a PayPal claim before your order was shipped we did cancel your order/process a full refund- This is simply due to our claims policy.

They were good once, but no more.
OK, so I purchased a game ps5 game from them beginning of June 24 however it was very slow in being sent out. I did email them which got no reply and so I sent a message on facebook. The next thing I knew the game was cancelled and refunded although no postage returned and had to contact Paypal about it since they ignored messages.
Stupidly decided to give them another try 29th June, which was a game to add to someones birthday gift.
They state 2 to 3 days to ship on the lower postage which was fine. Except A week later the game in still sitting in the account no sign of moving at all. I emailed and got no reply yet again asking when it might be sent out. I tried again on their email to no avail.
So it was back to Facebook and this time I decided to tell them to cancel the game and refund the money including postage which they did.
I can only surmise they no longer wanted to send out the game at the price I bought for as they had in fact doubled the price on it since buying.
They are happy to take the money so it seems, but not so keen on having to deliver the goods.
I bought from them years back in the past and they were a very good company to buy from. However after my experience with them. I wouldn't bother with them again.
The only good point I can give them is that they are quick to refund the money only don't forget to ask for the postage or you won't get it back.
I was refunded this morning.
Disappointed, but once refunded I found the same item at a very slightly dearer price and purchased, that item has already been dispatched. A big difference.

They do no refund postage costs for cancellations
As many other have stated I placed an order for a game this week which was cancelled 3 days later.
I can accept an order being cancelled if needs be but not refunding the whole amount is just unacceptable, it appears they do not refund postage costs on orders they have not posted.
Not a very good practice and I have zero confidence in using 365 again in the future.
I have contacted the company and will update this review if my query is dealt with.

I received a PayPal refund the next day for the postage costs after claiming through PayPal, I received an email from customer services 5 days after raising my query explaining the problem and apologising.

Cancels orders and failed to provide a full refund so far
Ordered on Monday. Order cancelled on Tuesday but, despite taking my money immediately, they are delaying the refund for the cancelled order and the quoted refund does not include the delivery fee.
You shouldn’t have to put the work in as a customer, to get your money back if the retailer can’t fulfill the order.
Won’t use these guys again.

Canceled the order but would not refund the postage! Disgusting!
I placed an order for a Devil May Cry game and paid for both the game and postage. I then received an email stating that the order was canceled due to a pricing error. While I understand the cancellation, they have only refunded the cost of the game and kept the £1.99 for postage. This is unacceptable! Please steer clear from this company!
