Awful awful experience of working here

Awful awful experience of working here. It is all corrupt and constantly changing addresses and names of who is managing to avoid the tax man and cqc. All vans were not roadworthy let alone safe to be transporting patients on a regular basis, always breaking down or failing in some way and the “mechanic” they have fixing them is actually a plumber by trade. Employees don’t have dbs checks and they will literally employ anyone no matter the background, but obviously they will when the owner has convictions himself right? All the “lads” don’t work on a per hour basis, they get a “day rate” no matter the hours they work because they all work behind the scenes for the manager doing inappropriate acts, pictures videos etc you get the jist, they are groomers and all the office staff know about it and choose to ignore it. If you make it known to them that you know what they do you’re sacked on the spot. Also sacked if you get pregnant! Employed on a self employed basis yet you can’t choose your own shifts, if you put in your availability and don’t include the full weekend they refuse to give you any work in the week, regardless if you have worked every weekend for the past year and just want one weekend off. The whole thing is corrupt and if I’m honest I have no idea how they are still running! The lady running the office is let’s say a Karen! Treat my colleague’s disgusting, said awful things and sticks up for all the “lads” knowing full well what they are doing! Probably because she’s involved too. Tries to intimidate staff, if your not up there in the “favourites” you don’t stand a chance. Bought a car for a staff member and then refused repayments back, instead harassed and guilt tripped for “images and videos of in appropriate stuff”. This company is a joke!

Terrible company to work for

How about the fact the owner is a massive man child and can not communicate with staff and regularly had controllers and other managment upset to the point some left. weather demanding staff to do things or threatening them to not come back just talking to them like dirt. He buys the office guys' dinner every now and again to make it all better through things such as Subway or greggs. I am still freinds with staff that work there. The office retaliated all the time and took confirmed shifts off staff. When they do something that isn't liked, such as thinking about leaving for other opportunities and sacking staff on for ridiculous and mundane issues. When the office click and the princess are on together, they do very little work, if any, and always leave early leaving the graft to others, Also, not allowing vehicles to be red cleaned when there have been patients on board with potentially dangerous infections/viruses. Allowing some staff to not pull their weight and not enforce the rules for some but taking it out on others... such as the self-proclaimed clinician that refuses jobs just because he couldn't be bothered doing it half the time. Also seeing the owner driving on blues and twos and sirens with ambulance officer visor. There's a reason this company isn't held in any regard in a lot of the healthcare circles. Overall, the road staff are pretty good, but the company as a whole needs a lot of work, and the boss needs to make sure he works with his staff, not against them as they'd be nithing without them. The company also leaves the night-shift controller in a industrial on their own, they've also claimed that the travelling community were in the area and were causing problems, but it's funny that you're the only company on said industrial estate locking your gates... but then one day you find someone counting asetts think of that what you will. The man-child he'll make comments about staff to his little princess ain't that right EBS whilst also refusing to do any work whilst he's with her on shift this has been done multiple times... but I suppose when your the favourite, you get treated like a princess. I wish I'd have gone to trust a lot sooner... all the best, J
