I just ordered 5 pairs of shoes
I just ordered 5 pairs of shoes. I received the package, but there were only 4 pairs inside. I reported the problem, but received no response. I strongly advise against using this website.
The website claims the problem is resolved for them, but for me, I have a pair of shoes I paid for that I never received. A strange resolution indeed.

I have ordered multiple times at 365rider. The previous orders went well except for the last order.
The last order (November 28) consisted of new running shoes. After completing the payment via iDeal I didn't receive an order confirmation, despite the money being transferred from my account to 365rider.
Consecutively, I contacted the customer service stipulating the issue. They simply state that the order doesn't exist so they won't transfer the money back, nor do they provide the running shoes. Ever since, I have sent multiple e-mails outlining the issue, including an attachment of the payment confirmation from my bank account. Unfortunately, they are reluctant to resolve this issue.
I strongly regret their actions and sincerely hope they will resolve this issue in the coming weeks. In any case, I won't return as a customer.
Update January 15: The reply shared by 365rider is false. The issue is not resolved at all since I have never received my money back nor have I received any goods. Truly disappointing.

I had an issue with the delivery. You kept doing the issue in Spanish, not English. You took a long time to reply (many times) and it was frustrated. I tried to see if you discount, but you didn’t reply to that part of the discussion. It was so frustrated, particularly given my aphasia issue.

Can’t get voucher for new shoes
I bought some new running shoes that unfortunately had a defect. It took two months to get the defect approved and new shoes to be covered by the guarantee. I still haven’t received a voucher (now on month three) as 365rider insists that I destroy the current shoes first, before I can get the voucher and buy new ones. This means I’ll have no running shoes for 2-3 weeks while I wait for delivery. No mention of that rule in their terms and the guarantee has already been approved.
The only reason I’m giving two stars is that my first purchase went fine but customer service is awful.
Non-received refund - 365 RIDER
On October 31st, I purchased two pairs of shoes through the trader’s platform.
One of the items, with a value of €117.87, was returned and delivered to the trader on November 17th. All return shipping costs were borne by me, and full tracking information and proof of delivery are available. The trader confirmed receipt of the returned item and, on November 20th, confirmed that the refund would be processed.
Since then, I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly with the trader, copies of which are attached. The trader now claims that the refund was processed but allegedly rejected by my bank. However:
There was never any payment rejection, as confirmed by my bank, and such a rejection would not have been possible.
As the original payment was made via entity and reference, a refund cannot be processed without my IBAN, which was never requested from me.
To date, no proof or confirmation of the alleged refund has been provided, despite multiple requests.
As a result, the refund remains outstanding, and direct contact with the trader has not led to a resolution.
Tariff Tax in Small Print - Read
Customer service is slow, you pay a lot for shipping but they don't process order for weeks so don't expect to receive your order within a week as most orders from other companies ship. Worst of all is you pay a large fee for shipping and they don't tell you there may be additional tariff tax except in fine small print (who reads the small fine print). I paid an additional $90 in tariff tax for $180 pair of shoes! What a rip off and even if I returned the shoes I wouldn't get the $90 back. They should tell you up front when buying the shoes that there may be a tariff tax. They must purposely add it in fine print so you miss and then are stuck paying it if you want your order shipped.

Excessive Import Fees When Shipping to the U.S.
Avoid this! Buyers in the U.S. should be cautious. I was charged 50% of the item price in import fees/TAX, which were not clearly disclosed on the website and had to be paid by the buyer.
