Be aware of tax customs

Unfortunately 365 riders are not ready yet to export outside EU as they are pretending. So expect to have important customs tax while you are importing on top of your product.
They are not yet an international commercial plateform.

❌Absolutely Terrible!❗️❗️

Las asistencias que tienen es inexistente, muy muy mala! Las respuestas en su mail son automáticas y no responden a nada de lo que preguntas. Tengo que hacer una devolución y llevo dos semanas intentando que se lleven el paquete pero nada! No hay manera ni responden, ni nada. Sin duda la pero pagina de deportes en la que he comprado! No la recomiendo ni aunque los precios sean atractivos.

Their customer service is nonexistent, absolutely terrible! Their email replies are automated and don't address any of your questions. I need to make a return and I've been trying to get them to pick up the package for two weeks, but nothing! They don't respond at all. Without a doubt, this is the worst sports website I've ever bought from! I wouldn't recommend it even if the prices were attractive.

Awful customer service, can't return! EDIT: returns difficult.

I ordered a size 46 on 23rd Oct and they arrived on 9th December. A little slow and delivery times were unclear but I was delighted to receive them and the price was good. Unfortunately they were on the small size. I contacted returns and they said I could exchange it for a 46.5 but I needed to have a new order made. I made the second order but I still can't return the first. Following instructions the order to be returned is grayed out. I emailed them but they won't reply.

EDIT:

365rider emailed me on 26th Decmeber to let me know that I could return the original trainers but would have to arrange the postage myself since I live outside Spain. I didn't proceed to see if this was possible since a few weeks had already passed. I have given the runners away at this point to a friend.

Upgrading to three stars since it seems that it was just a case of bad/delayed customer service.

Huge refund delays

Ordered a pair of shoes, didn’t have my size in stock so customer service reached out to let me know. I was offered a cancellation and full refund which I accepted but have still yet to receive almost a month later. Not the service I expected from a respected company.

Caution when ordering online

I have ordered a pair or trainers which sadly didn’t fit as expected, initiate the return request but customer service has been unresponsive to approve my request despite the fact that my product is not in the list of not returnables. I’m stuck with a product I can not use and -€170 cash.

Best price i could find on the internet for the Abus gamechanger 2 i was looking for.
Great service and updates via email.

Poor stocking/correspondence

I've emailed a couple of times and only getting a automatic standard response. The order was places now 17days, with estimated delivery (min) over a week and still no tracking number or any correspondence regarding delivery. The item I ordered was saying that it was in stock at the time of order. The only correspondence so far was them confirming order(taking money) and the reply to my complaints(automatic standard emails).
Ordered on the 1st of December and still waiting(5Jan2026) as very basic slow delivery standard paid for to UPS and UPS only got the package on the 29Dec25. I only hope that the cycling helmet fits correctly as I dread the prospect of returns.

Shipping was fast. However, they didn't mention about tariffs on their website. I had to pay $80 for my shoes that are worth $280.

I got what I wanted (Puma MagMax…

I got what I wanted (Puma MagMax Nitro), great other shoe selection, some that are harder to find are here, though express delivery was longer than estimated in order(5 working days instead of 2) but thats on courier service.

The size didn't fit. Bad return experience.

The size didn't fit. I sent the shoes back. They refused my return, citing that I'd worn the shoes, which I hadn't. They sent me a photo as proof, showing dark stripes on the lighter part of the sole. I didn't notice this when I sent them back, so I think someone tried them on on a dirty floor before me. But there was no wear on the soles, so a simple wipe with a cloth would have cleaned them. In general, be careful when receiving and returning shoes. They will be examined with a magnifying glass.

Add my comment. It’s been THREE!!! months since the order I still did not get any shoes or money. I correspond with the company every week and not once. About 20-30 messages they promised to send or already sent shoes. Two weeks ago wrote that they will return the money, apparently lost or sold "worn" shoes that I returned. No money! No refund!
Avoid this company side. Every order will be a lottery, may or may not be lucky. If everything goes well, then any company is good. A good company differs in that it is able to solve problems when things go wrong.

Aus logistischen Gründen liegt bei internationalen Bestellungen kein vorfrankiertes Retourenlabel bei, was vor dem Kauf transparent in unseren Rückgaberichtlinien erläutert wird.
Die Rücksendung erfolgt in diesen Fällen eigenständig durch den Kunden, wobei dem Paket die Rechnung oder Bestellreferenz beigefügt werden muss, um eine korrekte Zuordnung zu gewährleisten. Genau so wurde es Ihnen auch mitgeteilt.
