Very unprofessional

Ordered from these guys. FedEx left package on door step so it was not delivered. They called police reported stolen gave all my details. Then when they ordered replacement put my actual face that they had printed off the internet all over the package 3 times with massive letters saying deliver only to this guy and they call themselves professional??? Utter Cowboys

Update - Their reply: Just shows you have how childish they are. They didn’t just put one picture on they put 3 ? With writing all over the package. Utter jokers. When in fact they had called me asking when to deliver the previous day. And I stated I would be in all day ? So why the pictures. They never once asked if this was ok to plaster my face all over the package. They must have looked on the internet found an image stole and stole it. Again very unprofessional. Taking the mick out off their customers and not to mention we have been waiting months for the product. Avoid at all costs.

Yes this customer did order from us and we did supply as per the lead time originally quoted.When the order was shipped out to the customer he was advised the Fed Ex tracking information by ourselves via email and was also advised by Fed Ex on the morning of the delivery day that the order was out for delivery.
Unfortunately according to Fed Ex, the customer was out hence the delivery was left in the customer's porch without obtaining a signature. The day the order was left was a Friday. We got a call from the customer the following Wednesday stating he hasn't received his order. Upon investigation with Fed Ex it is assumed the package has been stolen in transit so as a requirement of our marine insurance we have to report the matter to the police and obtain a crime number which we duly did. At this point, we re ordered the missing items to replace the lost  order so as to fulfil the original order from the customer.
Once received Fed Ex advised us to make sure all the paperwork and package was marked up stating 'must be delivered to Mr .....only .
Thus making sure the customer received his order .
If something goes missing and / or stolen are we not supposed to report it to the police ? How is that unprofessional?
We had to make sure that the order was delivered to the right person so we supplied a picture of the customer so as to facilitate delivery to the correct person.
Unprofessional ? no making sure the customer receives his order.

First class service

First class service, been using these guys for years and never had any issues. The team are very knowledgeable and always on hand to help with any queries. Only place I use for broadcast equipment.

Worst experience ever

I regret buying anything from this seller.

Ordered an item with a specific instruction that the delivery deadline of 2 weeks was the key factor, but not only it didn’t arrive by that day, it wasn’t even sent by that day! And the seller blamed me for it!

I didn’t even get a full refund, so I have lost my money on the shipping for the item I haven’t even seen AND the refund for the device wasn’t the full price of the device. The refund was also late, I was lied to about the return of the item, saying that it hasn’t yet arrived. But I had the tracking proof it was delivered back to the seller 3 weeks ago (???).

Terrible consumer experience. Sram te bilo

The order was placed and paid for on the 15th December 2020 at all time the customer was informed the goods were due into the UK in two weeks . With Christmas and Covid lockdown and Brexit the delivery was delayed.
The customer emailed me on the 28th of December to enquire where the delivery was to which I answered The distributor was on Holiday until the 4th of January 2021 and I couldn't get an answer as to where the order was until that time.
The response from the customer was one of disappointment and this is his exact words;

It was very important for our business to have this item till the end of this year and for tax-administrative reasons, this creates unexpected costs for us, because the invoice will be transferred to the next year.
An apology in this case will not help to compensate for the trouble caused to us.

NOTE at no stage did he state cancel the order .

The order was sent upon the distributors return and was in Zagreb Croatia on the 7th January 2021 the customer refused delivery so we had to arrange for DHL to return the goods back to us in the UK during difficult times for shipping goods to and from the UK .

The package was finally returned to us on the 28th January 2021 and we were made aware by DHL that there would be additional charges . We received the final bill from DHL for the returned package on 150221 and the disbursement charges on 260221.

The customer never once had the decency to cancel the order in writing he just refused delivery of his order and left us to sort out the mess during the worst time in history to move goods to and from Europe and the UK. All this cost us over £70 which we should have deducted from the customers refund but didn't do so.

We refunded the cost of the goods but not the shipping charge for sending the goods to the customer as he never once cancelled the order.

As a customer he would do better to improve his communication skills instead of complaining.

Great experience

Great experience, Paul was extremely helpful and quick with replying to me, and shipping was extremely quick. I can't recommend them enough.

Great service from a friendly team

The team at 3DB were very helpful and allowed me to collect my order from their offices (I live 5 mins away). They were friendly throughout and offered advice on products and other companies where I could rent specific camera kit. Will definitely be choosing 3DB in the future as I expand my business.

It would be OK if the product came on time...

It would be OK if the product came on time but order this on the 1st and it won't be here until the 7th, yet I clicked next day delivery on the website checkout, called them but it's all my fault as it clearly states 3-4 days, OK fine then I have it wrong however yesterday the 3rd I receive an email from a Martin telling me it will be here on the 4th well I waited all day for this but it still hasn't shown I guess that's my fault too, did I again miss read something...Anyway it's the weekend so hopefully it will be here on Monday! Have a nice one!

UPDATE still have not received my purchase it's now the 9th, this is a joke right!
